奧蘭多市區萬豪AC飯店(AC Hotel Orlando Downtown)

We were very excited to stay here. Excellent location for concerts, roof top bar, restaurants to walk to. Did not expect tooth paste spatterings on wall in bathroom, or mold in the grout. When I made coffee in the room and added creamer it curdled - must have been quite old. Reported to front desk. They were very concerned and asked what they could to for us - really didn't know what to say or how to ask for compensation. Not what we expected for $300 a night.

This hotel is one block from the Amway Center, which was perfect for seeing P!nk. It's a beautiful modern hotel, with a gorgeous Bar/Restaurant with great views from the 18th floor. The cocktail menu was creative. The restaurant also appeared to be understaffed. I wasn't thrilled with the chicken and waffles. The appearance/texture of the chicken was not appealing. The hotel is next to the highway, so it is noisy. Marriott provides earplugs, which is thoughtful. I did appreciate the champagne greeting for the elevator line after the concert. It was a festive finale to the evening.

I had booked my hotel Feb/Mar 2023. I had called the night before to make sure I still had room for Nov 18, 2023. They gave me my confirmation and we hung up. When I arrived to check in they told me I did not have a room sent me to a different hotel. We were to attend Pink in concert. I choose AC hotel do to the the close proximity to the AM Way Arena. Mr. Kyle told me because I booked though a third service I was the 1st in the list to go. This is a horrible way to deal with this. I am so disappointed in how this was handled. Definitely made my evening less enjoyable. I can’t help but think they move me so they can charge more for my room.

Aesthetically pleasing, clean hotel. Appears high class, service was horrible. Bartenders and servers at the Skybar have zero customer service skills. It is highly irritating to be treated like you are an inconvenience and annoyance after spending 4-5 star prices for lackluster accommodations. I expected more from a hotel like this. Breakfast is not included. “Luxury hotel” charges nearly $20 a person for breakfast which is nothing special. Parking and hotel location is convenient for those in town for an event at Amway or Downtown Orlando. However, you parking is not validated as a guest- so be prepared to pay for that as well. Sadly disappointed in the quality of service at this hotel. I will not be staying here again, not worth my money.

I spoke to Kyle. & Had disagreement with him. Very unprofessional I was very disappointed by the smell in the room. Smelled like feet and the room felt very musty. I also purchased food there and the chicken was nasty. It made me sick. I also booked the hotel in hopes to check in right away after my initial booking was processed around 1am, there were no rooms available and I was traveling for work. So I had to buy another hotel!!!!!! It was very inconvenient and they also made me pay them 50$ for the room for any “POTENTIAL DAMAGES “. It was very very terrible customer service as well, employees all had a smug on there face.
