Alugamos duas unidades, sendo uma com 2 e outra com 3 quartos . A localização é incrível e a estrutura também. Porém, a estrutura interna das unidades está desgastada. Os colchões estão muito usados e velhos, bem como travesseiros e utensílios. Solicitei à gerência cafeteira e outros itens de cozinha e fomos prontamente atendidos. Todavia, os demais itens não foram substituídas por serem unidades independentes. A diferença entre a foto das unidades e a realidade é gritante! Senti-mo-nos enganados …

We were there with friends second year in a row. Beautiful place. Very well located. Spacious apartments, great pool area - the whole outside area in general- and ecxellent staff! Daníel goes out of his way to make sure his guests enjoy their stay!

We booked an executive 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very modern and was fully equipped with all accessories and utensils required for a self catering style holiday. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was very clean, perfect location in close proximity to Universal and a very nice balcony for early morning coffees. We had an issue with noisy neighbours which was resolved very quickly and efficiently by the property management company (Thanks to Daniel) who moved us to an alternative apartment, which was also very nice and had views of the lake. Highly recommend booking at Vista Cay and booking with Orlando Resort Rentals. We will definitely be booking again.

The condo was very nice! Everything we needed was in the condo. 4 ladies went and had plenty of room!! All the amenities at the resort were top notch. The condo is literally located within 10 minutes of ALL the major parks. We were on the top floor and had a wonderful view of Orlando. It was very quiet.
