奧蘭多基西米/慶典萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Kissimmee/Celebration)

It was very good and relaxing. Won't hesitate to use trip.com again sometime.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom, however, did not have a fan and the ceiling had mold. That is probably why the room had a musty smell. The bathroom could also use more towel racks so that you are better able to reuse your towels. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Gym was closed, I wasn’t the only person there who was disappointed about not using it. The AC was super loud, but cooled well. Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms are clean. 2 weeks after my stay, my credit card showed fraudulent activity from Fairfield inn and suites. The front desk said I wasn’t the only person who recently called about this issue. I’m assuming an employee kept my card number and made some kind of charge. Really disappointed. Now I’m going through the process with my bank of canceling my card to get a new one.

We chose this hotel for the included Breakfast but they were doing construction and we werent able to enjoy the complete breakfast. They gave out little bags with only 1 bagel and a yogurt, very poor breakfast options. We would have liked it if they would have told the customer that they were doing construction on the property prior to us going to know. Out of all the hotel's i have stayed at this is the only one that i had to go to the main desk and ask to get my room serviced, atleast tell the customer that if they want to get room service they have to ask.

The price they charge for the service is not worth it, the reception room is not available, the room is not cleaned daily as in all hotels, they charge for the Internet service and also for each connected device, when did the checkout , the receptionist told me that the bill was sent to me by email, I asked her to print it and there was an error of 20 dollars against me. The service was not that of a hotel but that of cheap accommodation

The room we were given smelled super musty and it never got any better. Then on the morning of check-out a housekeeper knocked on the door at 9am. When I opened the door half asleep she said she was “just checking”. I still had two hours before I needed to leave and it was extremely rude to be woken up for nothing. Worst experience I have had, never booking here again. Was surprised there were so many positive reviews. Stay away.

I selected this hotel for its LOCATION, the HOT SIT DOWN BREAKFAST and the COMPANY BRAND (Marriot/Fairfield). The location was great but the day we arrived for a 4/3 night stay, they began tearing the carpet up in the dining area and lobby area. Our room shared a wall with the lobby. The noise was bad but with no dining area, the meal was replaced with “breakfast sandwiches” to go! The entrance to the pool was blocked by the work and we had to walk the entire length of the property to enter the pool. No advanced word of the construction was told to us and no refund/discount was offered. I complained at the desk (which was rarely manned) and they just shrugged. I was very disappointed in the Marriott/Fairfield brand. I am a Bonvoy member and was not treated well

Hotel was a lie the did not have shuttle service to parks parks. It cost me alot of money do to have to uber to parks. If i knew this before i went i would not have stayed. Also there was a fire 2 days in a row. Thstci was woken and had to leave hotel. Till cleared. And bugs

It was a 3 night stay. Nice and clean room. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping malls. Also close to Orlando attraction and entertainment Parks. Very friendly staff. Will stay again in a future trip.
