It was a great choice. The front desk receptionist was wonderful. Always smiling and helpful. I am the worst with names so I can’t remember hers, but she was as sweet as sugar! The pool was sparking clean as was the shower and those are two big factors for me. The sheets smelled clean and fresh. Wild life and city life was everywhere. I was just thrilled to have found this hotel.

King suite was spacious with a big couch and 2 TVs. Rooms and lobby very clean. Friendly staff. Good choices for breakfast buffet. Convenient to UCF.

At check in they told us the housekeeping is every other day and asked us if we want it the next day and we said yes but no housekeeping the next day no fresh towels or cleaned linens nothing

Nice place. Very nice breakfast
Hot and cold items. Room very confortable. Hot water in shower came immediately. Will stay her next time in Orlando.

The hotel didn’t provide excellent service as stated on the website. Breakfast was never on time. Weekend service was horrible. Breakfast was to be ready by 7:00am. No breakfast was even ready at that time.
Food was a shortage there. No hot water for tea. No orange juice. There were signs near containers that no water or juice was available. This was very disappointing service.
