They are lovely, I always enjoy my Stay here... The staff is always so nice and accomodating.. Will always go out of my way to stay here

Clean and comfortable in a safe area. Front desk staff are lovely. It’s a little bit older of a hotel but very clean and the room was spacious. We liked the area of the hotel where we could walk to museum and lake Ivanhoe.

I found this hotel a disaster in terms of resting. The hotel was super noisy from the inside, people slamming doors all the time which the hotel should have thought about a way to fix doors so they don't become too noisy. The matresses in the hotel need an urgent upgrade and bathrooms too, they are too old fashion. Breakfast is a complete scam, so don't even consider to eat breakfast at this hotel as the lack of service and supplying the stations was mediocre with no good options to eat. I think that overall the hotel is overpriced for what they offer.

Nice beds had fridge and microwave no in room safe. Had to ask For more towels and washcloths as they had three for a five person stay. Pull out sofa mattress was stained and is thin but you can sleep on it. Breakfast was good overall would stay again

We went for the free breakfast buffet. The coffee machine was out of order. No backup! - are you kidding? The juice machine was also out of order! Again, are you kidding? So we only had water with our breakfast. Oh, and the scrambled eggs didn't taste like eggs - more like scrambled tissue.

The best surprise is no surprise. Have stayed here several times over t he last decade and always satisfied. The evening staff are great and very easy to work with.

Staff here is awesome- very helpful and always asking how to make your stay better

WiFi did not connect to Internet. Front desk kept saying they were doing an "Update". "Update" was still going in after three days there - finally left for another hotel.
