Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Buena Vista - Orlando

Homewood Suites was great. Amenities like the laundry room and the fitness room were well kept. The rooms were fine, with everything being clean. The bed was comfortable. House keeping did a great job each day, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and was varied enough to satisfy everyone in my party. Some things I didn’t like was that the pool was smaller the advertised based on the picture, the elevator old and slow. The body wash and shampoo left me feeling dry and not properly cleaned, so I bought my own. But these are minor problems. Parking is $25 a day. Overall, well worth the price, and I would definitely book this hotel again.

Parking was not inuded and they charged $29 for 1 night. This is not disclosed in the information. Very disappointed, other options include parking for free. Box below mattress was broken y was very noisy, also the ac very loud. Pillows are terrible. Carpet smelled room 104. Bathroom is located inside the bedroom, so if you travel with kids, they will enter to your room anytime at night to use the bathroom. I couldn't rest in the whole night. I will never return.

There’s a highway right behind the building so all you hear is heavy traffic all night, the staff just wants you to go away when you need something, parking was $25 for 24 hours, the shower felt like needles from the mineral buildup, there was trash on the hallways, stained carpets, broken wall decorations, one of the elevators is broken. Not a good value at all

The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast offered excellent variety and a clean and comfortable dining area. We were most impressed and appreciative of the front desk service provided by Oskar. When we were unable to make a toll free call from our room, he graciously allowed us to use his personal cell phone to make the call. (We are from Canada so we were unable to use our own cell phones). The call took over half an hour to complete but Oskar’s only concern was that we were able to get our needs met. What a fantastic employee who truly cares about the guests. Thank you!

We had a previous good experience with Homewood suites. But this location was not as pleasant as the other Homewood suites. This location had us pay for parking which was an extensive bill for several days and unexpected. Which google says otherwise. Please be aware. In addition, the team members were not approachable or friendly when trying to speak to them. Cable is not always functioning properly. Toilet paper was not replenished during our stay. However, the only positive thing I can say is this location is convenient for stores and restaurants.

Uma ótima opção para famílias. Fica em uma área próxima da disney, 10 min de carro, muitas opções de lojas e restaurantes por perto. Quarto com itens de cozinhas como fogão, geladeira, microondas, torradeira, e louças. Bom sofá cama. O problema relatado por muitos hospedes sobre o barulho na rodovia é real, ele faz fundos com a I4 e à noite o barulho pode incomodar pessoas com sono mais leve. O barulho do ar condicionado pode atenuar o ruído de fora, mas é uma questão a se considerar. Para hospedagens maiores q 7 noites, não cobraram o estacionamento. Café da manhã variado para os padrões americanos e bem funcional. Nao cobraram pela entrega de pacotes. Eu voltaria e recomendo o hotel.

We asked for a late checkout and they gave us 1 hour until 12pm. I was trying to get out of the room and had 2 knocks at the door and 1 phone call in 7 minutes to get out of room. Very annoying.

Need to improve room full service. We had to search for ourselves at the lobby for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and blankets. Two consecutive days there were no room full service and it was notified during our stay. Communication and service can be better.

Chambre très propre,personnel très efficace et aimable... toujours accommodant, ils proposent toujours des solutions ! Un merci a Oskar à la réception qui a fait l'effort de nous parler en français. Seul bémol, les déjeuners .... le buffet est super bien garni beaucoup de choix, parcontre ils devraient étirer les heures jusqu'à 10h parce qu'ils vident très très très très rapidement..
