Heat experience. Hotel was clean and they also have a bar which was also nice

Let's start leaking toilet always running. Room was not cleaned properly. I think I have stayed in Red Roofs and felt cleaner. We slept showered and fixed the toilet each time we used by messing with flapper to fill. Not a good night.

We stayed here when we visited SeaWorld. This hotel is very walkable to the park and is clean and fit our family of three perfectly. The staff was so nice - I will definitely stay here again!

Very bad, no cleanliness, bathroom stinks and we also found cockroach in the room. They changed our room twice due to several reasons, one reason was cockroach and another reason was that the room was not able to unlock while our luggage was inside. Air conditioning was not working properly, there is not thermostat, this is a very very old hotel. Receptionists were also not welcoming, parking is a paid parking, bedding is very bad. Our stay was almost ruined because of this hotel. Will never prefer this and I hope Hilton will take this seriously.

Very bad, no cleanliness and the hotel is very old. Air conditioning did not work as it should, they changed my room couple of times due to several issues, one was because of not clean and another one was due to room not able to unlock. My luggage was inside and they had to call someone to open the door. Bathroom stinks, shower had lots of stains.

En la habitación habían varias cosas que no funcionaban, la ducha goteaba, la cortina estaba incompleta, la puerta no cerraba bien , no había reloj despertador ni basurero.

Lage, super. Parks, Shoppen, Essen, alles in der Nähe. Personal sehr nett, Hotel scheint frisch renoviert!

The room we stayed in was so old and out dated, popcorn ceilings to the dirt brown 70`s carpet and damaged furniture. Had a constant problem with the toilet and having to open the tank to fix it. to it not flushing at times. The overnight staff at the front desk was rude and not didn't seem to want to help us with anything. She acted like we were bothering her and didn't seem to want to come out from the back office. We will never return to this property and will not be recommending it to anyone. Very disappointed.

The room was not clean music could be heard all day starting at 9am from room. Room had sand piles in it clearly wasn’t cleaned. Smelled musty and old stains on sheets and pillows underneath the beds were extremely dirty. Ac unity was super loud but didn’t drowned out loud music being played. I would never recommend or book here again.
