We only stayed at this property because it's Marriot and it's close to the airport with our flight being early the next morning. Despite the name and reputation, this hotel and our overall experience was subpar. First, we came to our room to find the toilet clogged. Of course, we didn't know this when our kids hit the bathroom after our long trip, and after the 3 of them took care of business, the toilet overflowed, completely flooding the bathroom and into the hall. We called down to get some help and after a couple tries of calling the front desk with no one answering, we finally got through and they said they would send maintenance to take a look. A few minutes later, a gentleman arrived that was there to give us more towels. He had no idea about our toilet and just had towels. He was very confused. A few minutes after he left the maintenance worker arrived. He went in the bathroom and plunged the toilet, flushed it once, and then told us there was nothing wrong. He wiped up the water from the floor with the towels, took the towels, and left. He was not very polite at all and I'm not sure why he would tell us there was no problem considering the water overflowed everywhere. No one cleaned up the floor either, this WAS used toilet water! We put towels down on the floor and tried to avoid the toilet in our room as much as we could the remainder of our stay, which luckily was until early the next morning. To top it all off, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

They charge for parking for your full stay unless you let the m then know in advance. So if you stay 4 days and only park once they will charge you for 4 days unless you go tell them otherwise.

Lounge was nice- expensive but convenient. Pool bar wasn’t open but it was still very nice. Breakfast not included. That was a bummer. Overall - good

Everything about this property was amazing. This is a last minute find for my husband and I, and we were very IMPRESSED!!! Thank you

Buen hotel y buen personal

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle service was very good, a careful cheerful driver and the bus was very comfortable. The guestrooms were more than adequate with comfortable beds. I will stay there again if I need to be close to the airport and would recommend.

My room wasn’t cleaned well the entire stay. Housekeeping only made the bed and took the trash out. The property has seen better days but the shuttle driver was AMAZING. He knows all the tricks and is very helpful. I won’t stay again at this property.
