近奧蘭多環球影城舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort)

Breakfast was good. Out of our 4 days stay, they had 3 diff menu. Room spacious but almost everything also spoil. From phone spoil, tv no signal to wifi down 3 days out of our 4 days stay! One of my worst hotel stay experience. Have complementary shuttle bus to and from universal studio. Pickup time 7.15 am, 8.50 am and 9.50 am. From universal studio departure time, 5.30 pm, 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm.

Very good, everything is very organized and clean! We were very well attended. We will definitely come back!

Clean and comfortable stay, stayed in room with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa, beds were comfortable and sofa bed was a sofa bed. Breakfast was offered and was as expected. Pool was open in the winter and was heated and clean. Hotel is in convenient location. I stayed here with 4 adults and 1 child and everyone was comfortable.

Our original room was musty but when we requested a different room Hugo at the front desk changed it immediately. The second room was clean and had comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. The breakfasts were plentiful and included eggs, meat, waffles, danish, fruit, juices, milk etc. We also liked the free parking and access to the shuttle to Universal although the times were limited to 3 trips in the AM and 3 in the PM so that had to be factored in our plans. The pool is unheated so since it was February we only used the hot tub outside. The staff were very nice. Over all a great place to stay for the price.

Easy access to many dining options and theme parks. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The only thing if I had to pick would be that we were assigned a room with mobility access, and the shower floor was too shallow and you could easily flood the bathroom floor. Also, the daily breakfast options could be improved. Other than that we were satisfied with our 4-day stay there and would do it again in the future.

Comfort Suite was lovely! It had everything we needed, the room was clean and they even had a great breakfast selection. I loved having the little snack area too. They have dayquil, little ice cream snack, and other things you might need. It was too cold for us, but they also had a pool and jacuzzi. Everything was great, and everyone at the front desk was very friendly and lovely. We will definitely book here again. :)

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We stayed at Surfside the last time we were in Orlando and it was nice, but it wasnt any better than the Comfort suites where we stayed on Major blvd this trip. The price was better at Comfort Suites too. Great hotel. I would stay there again and again .

Front desk staff was very good. Room service and maintenance staff not good. Our room was not cleaned in spite of requesting multiple times. Toilet flush not working, reported it to maintenance. they did not (or maybe could not) fix the issue. I had to fix it myself

Amazing place, prices were great and affordable. We stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from as well! The kids loved it! Close to Universal Studios, 5 mins drive. Also enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool! My kids will have a memorable moment to remember.
