永恆奧蘭多度假村(Evermore Orlando Resort)

Wir waren für fast drei Wochen im Evermore und hatten die Gelegenheit sowohl die Zimmer in den Villas als auch ein 4 Bedroom Flat kennenzulernen. Den Check-in kann man im Vorfeld über die App erledigen, so dass man bei der Ankunft direkt zu seinem Zimmer fahren kann. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Villa war schön und ruhig, da man niemanden über oder unter sich wohnen hat. Die Gebäude stehen schon länger, wurden aber renoviert und sind insofern auch sehr schön. Wir hatten dort ein paar kleinere Probleme, die aber schnell und sehr freundlich behoben wurden. Die Flats sind in neuen Gebäuden direkt an der Lagune. Diese Wohnungen sind schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich durchaus selbst versorgen kann. Die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren ok, aber ich habe insgesamt dort nicht gut geschlafen. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass es in den Schlafräumen nicht wirklich dunkel ist (u.a. wegen Licht auf dem Balkon, welches sich nicht abschalten lässt). Die Schubladen in der Küche sind mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Der Einzug funktioniert nicht wirklich, so dass sie leicht offen stehen und dann sind die Griffe sehr scharfkantig. Ich bin einmal mit einem Rock dort hängen geblieben und hatte ein großes Loch in dem Rock. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Lagune ist super. Die Möglichkeit dort Kanus oder Padelboards auszuleihen ist super und es macht viel Spaß. Auch der Pool mit der Rutsche ist toll. Die Gastronomie ist gut, aber wir hätten gerne ein Frühstücksbüffet gehabt. Ansonsten ist die Qualität der Speisen gut. Die Foodhall ist super für Pizza, Wrap oder Burger zwischendurch. Getränke sind meiner Meinung nach überteuert. Das Aktivitäten Programm, war nett, hat aber noch Luft nach oben. Die Floating Easter Egg hunt in der Lagune war ein echtes Highlight. Insbesondere möchte ich positiv hervorheben, dass das Personal durchgängig sehr freundlich war. Wirklich jeder mit dem wir Kontakt hatten war super nett! Das ist ein absolutes Plus! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Evermore. Die Disney Parks sind schnell zu erreichen. Ich kann das Evermore auf jeden Fall empfehlen, würde allerdings dazu raten relativ bald dorthin zu fahren. Es sind noch viele Wohneinheiten im Bau (was nicht stört, da es am Rand der Anlage ist), allerdings fürchte ich dass es dort sehr voll wird, wenn erstmal alle im Bau befindlichen Wohneinheiten fertig sind. Zu Ostern waren die derzeit verfügbaren Wohneinheiten relativ ausgebucht und da war es schon schwierig an der Lagune eine Liege zu bekommen. Daher fürchte ich es wird unangenehm voll, wenn erstmal alles fertig ist. Dann müsste es definitiv mehr Pools, etc. geben. Tennisplätze haben wir auch vermisst. Die Golfplätze sind schön, in sehr gutem Zustand und auch mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Ich fände es außerdem schön, wenn es auch neue Wohneinheiten für kleinere Gruppen/Familien geben würde, also 2 Bedroom Apartments, da nicht alle mit Großfamilie re

Overall mixed feelings about Evermore Orlando but I’d go back again in a heart beat. We went with 4 couples and originally booked a Villa and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a 7BR home with a private pool. My review is definitely more positive for this part of the experience. The accommodations were excellent and the new builds (with some still under construction around us) were amazing. We had some issues getting in to the house where the key pad wasn’t working and the only way to access the house was to crawl thru the window. Took security a few tries and several hours to correct the issue. Eventually we found a work around the pool door alarm but I won’t post it here for safety reasons. The house was very clean although we did find some dirty clothes left behind from a previous stay. The house was well equipped for cooking except there’s not enough dish soap or dish pods so make sure you bring your own if staying more than a day. My biggest issue with evermore was the bay. While this is a gorgeous and relaxing experience, and I’m glad they extended the swimming area recently, the recreation staff and operations needs a bit more time to know what to do. In order to do slides, jumps, rope swing or SUP/Kayak you need to sign a waiver. The waiver system never emailed us proof, so I signed it there live on my phone and no one ever checked it. We were given hand stamps (NOT waterproof) and half of the staff either didn’t check or didn’t care. The other half wouldn’t let you on the experiences if the stamp was half faded and made you walk back to the staffed area to get stamped only to come off again after a single slide or jump. Our party ended up stopping the activities because it was so bad. We opted to relax in the water instead. We weren’t sure what you could bring with you to the bay since the rules have changed a few times in the past few months but I can confirm a few things at the swimming areas in the bay. YES you can bring your own personal floats. YES they have a few stylish starfish shaped floats but maybe 15-20 total. YES you can bring your own coolers as there was no one policing it. On our day at the beach we only saw 1 or 2 servers and we didn’t feel like waiting for drinks so we can’t speak towards the service. There’s a handful of umbrellas so get there early. Lastly, there was always a line for the kayaks the entire Saturday we were there but likely the wait wasn’t more than 15ish minutes. Overall, we plan on going back at some point as this is a great vacation spot, hoping that the recreation staff will do better the next time and a few things change.

Disappointed. The swim zones are sooo limited, it’s 90+ degrees and you have to walk half way around the pool to enter. No access to swim from cabanas. Too many restrictions, seems like more of a resort for older adults, not child/family friendly. I saw kids fall off the paddle boards, the employees were so rude, making them get out of the pool. Staff yelling at kids for playing music on their phones. The flats are nice, grounds for the houses still under construction, landscaping not finished. We were really excited for this trip, the excessive restrictions to swim and enjoy the pool were disappointing. There are too many beautiful resorts in Orlando that are family friendly to have this many restrictions.

Evermore is now Never Again. My wife and used to visit the property when it was The Villas of Grand Cypress. For those of you reading this that had a positive experience at Grand Cypress don't expect the same. Instead of listing all our negative experiences let me just say this is no five star resort. Make sure you have your credit card and cell phone at all times as you must pay for everything when you order and they notify you by text message when your food is ready. Also no room service, I don't ever recall staying at a five star without room service. The list goes on but I think I have given enough information to get a standard form response from management.

This review reflects my 6-night stay in 2BR Villa. Prep & Check-in: Prior to the stay we received many emails about paying the remainder of the bill despite already paying in full initially, which is odd. Evermore has an app, that will assist you in setting up optional "Easy Pass" for check-in which will give you a QR code to scan at arrival gate. The app is not user friendly. You can make an account, add guests, but it continues to ask for your reservation number, removes guests and wants you to update it repeatedly. That being said I would attempt to complete the pre-check-in per directions you will receive in emails. Having the QR code to scan made check-in extremely easy, the door lock pass code and Villa location was sent via text message and was seamless. Our villa was ready by 12p. There are 2 gate entrances, one entrance has much better signage as to specific villa locations than the other. We found villa numbers more helpful than actual names of roads. 2BR Villa - We were a villa in 1400s (Pride Court Section) which was right across from Lagoon/Slide entrance and just a few steps to villa pool and 2 hot tubs. Great location with simple parking. The villa itself though was dated, hard to tell what they actually may have "refreshed" since remodel. Kitchen was complete with all utensils. Washer and Dryer combo and they give you laundry/dishwasher tabs. Air conditioner was perfect. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very nice terrace area overlooking pond/golf area. Huge dining room table, enough for 8 people. Soaking tubs looked lovely but only one had a working drain, the other wouldn't hold water. Rainfall showers with body jets were great. Wi-Fi was quite spotty - in our villa we had limited connection while in the kitchen areas and would have to move around to get the better access. Pros: Many windows, vaulted ceilings, great view, and spacious. Cons: Dated and damaged furniture. There were many stickered dots throughout villa so Evermore is aware that things are damaged or not working and still allows you to pay full price without fixing items prior to stay. Poor painting and carpet work - obvious chips, drips, and just overall poor painting and carpet work throughout. Clearly not deep cleaned. Many dead bugs, months of dust and other guest's wrappers in the kitchen. We are realistic (Being Florida) and did see some live bugs that we took care of, but the dead bugs should not be there. Some of the terrace doors were dated/old wood had gaps that let in the bugs and lizard/gecko type friends that while I am not afraid of, is not what is expected when a booking high end resort. Amenities: The Lagoon is beautiful as in pictures. Many lifeguards and staff at lagoon/slide and looks like a lot of fun for families. The Villa pool had no staff at all, appeared unkempt with weeks of leaves and branches around area. The pool itself was warm and very clean. 2 villa hot tubs looked dated but clean. Evermore Resort is truly the destination for large families and groups. I’m always on the lookout for places that cater well to bigger gatherings, and Evermore does just that. The accommodations are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. This is a huge plus for anyone traveling with a group! One of the most convenient features of Evermore Resort is the hassle-free payment system, which allows for splitting the bill amongst multiple parties. This makes vacationing so much easier, as it eliminates any awkwardness or confusion when it comes to settling the costs. I LOVED that it is extremely close to all of the well-known amusement parks in Orlando. It would be the perfect place to stay when our family needs breaks between amusement park visits. I also loved the service provided at the pool and cabana. It made it easier for the family to really enjoy our chill pool day. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a multi-family vacation, or just a large gathering of friends, Evermore Resort provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free group getaway!
