奧蘭多萬豪飯店瑪麗湖(Orlando Marriott Lake Mary)

Stayed for just one night after a morning event. Spent the afternoon relaxing in the pool. Walked to Orange County Brewers/Tin & Taco for dinner- excellent and highly recommend. Romina waa great and checked us in a little early. She was helpful and friendly.

Leaking hallway from room next door. Front desk gal didn't care to end her conversation with her friend to get me checked in as I had crying infant, requested crib 8 times, no crib delivered or message communicated until 10pm. Front desk let their friend bring a dog in the hotel when generally this higher end hotel doesn't allow it.

Like previous reviews, the elevators are still filthy. The floors in the room were sticky, the couch and one of the pillows on the bed had stains. It just made you not want to touch anything. Even with the AC on, the room was very musty. No valet (this is supposed to be a four star hotel). Thankfully it was only one night…never again.

I didnt like the fact that there are no microwaves inside the rooms. Also first room had pet odor.. but i was quickly accommodated with a different room. Hotel very clean staff nice. I would definitely stay again.

Shower drained slow, shower knob actually broke off. Only had two coffees for the morning with the coffee maker in an inaccessible place and had to hold it on my lap while putting water in. Needed to ask for more coffee for our second night stay. Mini frig froze our liquids. The bed was excellent and we enjoyed our rest, so it wasn’t all bad.

The hotel housekeeping is very poor we went into a room with dirty sheets hair on the bed terrible honestly.

Went to 4 floors trying to find an ice maker that worked. Prices for drinks and breakfast were very high. Very nice property and was convenient for my needs.

This Marriott Lake Mary Hotel is an excellent hotel to stay at, the staff was friendly and kind. Check in went smooth and easy. Great Hotel.
