烏塔卡蒙德高原雅閣飯店(Accord Highland Hotel Ooty)

Hôtel Accord situé en périphérie avec un grand parc. Animation à 17h00 dans le jardin avec le thé offert. Belles chambres avec vue sur la montagne. Accueil parfait. Boutique souvenir dans le hall avec des prix abordables. Seul bémol, pas d'ascenseur et donc ne convient pas aux PMR. Petit déjeuner correct.

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena. Las habitaciones y los servicios que ofrece son buenos. El problema de este hotel es que es muy ruidoso, la gente hace mucho ruido hasta tarde y desde muy pronto dificultando el descanso, y no hay ningún miembro del staff que lo evite.

The location is awesome - breathtaking view. Lot of indoor and outdoor sports amenities & other activities like bonfire. Breakfast was sumptious. Room was spacious, well maintained and had great view. The staff was very efficient - quick service and very courteous. Special mention for ***igandan, Vijay and Gautham.

The resort is extremely beautiful with amazing view. Food is excellent whatever we ordered was perfect. Place is good for sports as well. Open sky villa was very luxurious and was perfect on clear sky days for star gazing. The place was so spacious that we spent entire 2 days in the resort and only.

It is really great staying at Accord Highland with family. Location is great. Staff is really helpful. We had a great time stayting in Accord Highland. The activities are good inside hotel. we enjoyed a lot. Specially evening time high tea is great time to spend at hotel, where we enjoy the view with hot sip of tea and watching kids at play in that lovely weather.

Nice location and very helpful staff. The food is average and very reasonably priced which is important considering there are not too ***y things around. Doddabeta peak is just around the corner from this hotel. The location is very good as u can see the tea fields and mountains and trees and the mesmerising weather with most of the times surrounding is constantly foggy. Only reason to remove a star is that despite a great location property isn't maintained well, infact if they do this could beat even the taj

I was slightly skeptical when I booked this hotel. But turned out to be a good hotel though slightly dated. Their sports/entertainment facilities are good. Siva who ***aged the events is a wonderful person who encourage and involve in the activities. He is a great asset to this property. Multiple engagement options like net cricket with bowling machine and other outdoor and indoor activities. Another great thing in this property is the high tea in the evening in their "Tea Kadai" with multiple snacks and biscuits and various kinds of tea and coffee. A great place to stay. They need to think about renovation of some of the areas. Also, they need to have a lift as they have 2 floors and moving the luggage is a problem. They send their staff for the same but a lift will be helpful. Another thing is to be noted is that they do not have AC in the rooms. They provide fans if needed. Overall, a good place to stay.

We gathered here for our MBBS silver Jubilee celebration. The ambience, food and hospitality were so good. Rooms are spacious with great view. The hall with audio visual aids was good for our kids activities. The DJ arrangement was average only. It should be more interactive with fun. Overall nice experience.
