烏塔卡蒙德翡翠公園飯店(Gem Park Ooty)

Ik had in Ooty een zeer mooie verblijf gehad in Februari 2024 bij Hotel Gem Park. Het ligt niet zo ver weg van de stad maar toch heel rustig. Kamers waren heel goed , goed verzorgd voorzien van goede faciliteiten. Er wordt zeer hoge kwaliteit eten gegeven. Het heeft een prachtige uitzicht op de stad en een mooie tuin en zeer vriendelijke en toegankelijke personeel.

Pleasent stay . Good food . Good location. Enjoyed the stay . Spa was also amazing . Can enjoy indoor games and basketball in club house . Very close from elk hill. Would recommend anyone coming to Ooty to stay here .

Hotel ambeince excellent. Excellent service rendered by the reception staff who were courteous & helping with the check-in making our stay comfortable. Keep up the good service. Housekeeping as well as food served breakfast as well as dinner was tasty

Best hotel in ooty . Excellent staying experience . Clean hotel ☺️☺️☺️ and lovely location of staying . I definatly come again in this hotel .you can enjoy sunrise from lovely garden nice cooprative staff child friendly hotel . And its look like 7 star feel in this

Had a wonderful experience in the resort. It's a family friendly resort and there was hospitality. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The food was good. The outside view of the resort was amazing. Also, facilities like gym and spa make the customer feel good.

My stay in gem park was really enjoyable. The staffs and the people here were kind and friendly and room service was excellent. The food was also very delicious. The ambience was incredible with the garden, Cafe and so on. My time here with my family was great.

Higher the expectation, higher the disappointment aptly describes my experience at the GemPark. Rates they charge do not justify the service they offer..Many better options available. The rooms were ordinary, old and ageing . Passage light didn't go off whole night. Repeated calls to housekeeping didn't solve the problem...restroom fittings broken. Food was cold and bland on the day of arrival..had to fight with duty managers for hot food which was arranged promptly. Most of the facilities(pool, dance area) were out of service(under maintenance). Big let down for kids.. Staff (Duty Managers) need to show more empathy and understanding towards dissatisfied customers..Even after airing our grivences and feedback, no care attitude disappointed us greatly... Apart from location nothing to write home about. NOT RECOMMENDED.

We stayed for 3 days in Gem Park ooty n our stay was comfortable..Rooms were neat n clean..Food was good but too expensive..only one complain for d front desk manager is I asked for medicine at night as my husband was not well but they did not even replied that they r providing or not..This is not d way of hospitality..we should treat our Guest as God..Rest all was well

Awesome food. Tried there all restaurant. Breakfast lot of Varieties. Spa is neat and Clean. Room very spacious. Front Office team is very friendly and provide early check inn and offered all support. House keeping is Awesome. I stayed 2 nights with my family. Will visit and spend minimum one week in this property. Front Office team all are experienced person and answer us with smiling face.
