Hyatt Place Ontario Mills

Stayed for the night since we had a family function near by. Ive never had a problem with this hotel up until now. To our surprise there was a roach in our room and our sheets had gum in them. There was a festival going on this past weekend so our price for our stay was nearly $500. It makes me feel some type of way knowing I paid this much for my awful experience. I won’t be going back. Hope they get it together.

Check-in and check-out went smoothly, staff was efficient and somewhat friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable, toilet and shower were separate behind a door with a light, but no place for a nightlight, sufficient towels, had to ask for blanket and pillow and glass for 3rd person using sofa bed. I would stay at Hyatt again.

This location is an extremely average hotel. Hyatt is known as a special, high-end palace with extra fancy amenities. I have stayed at the Hyatt in Seattle, and it was amazingly wonderful. I even saw Danny Glover in the elevator! That was unfortunately what I had anticipated... This place is not comparable in any way, and would be equivalent to a basic need of renovation Quality Inn or Comfort Inn type hotel. $109 per night. I would not recommend or return to this location. Not worth nearly $200 per night.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I was impressed with the service, the room layout and the breakfast. It doesn’t hurt that it is adjacent to a great shopping experience at Ontario Mills! Thank you and I will be back.
