安大略機場會展中心凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Ontario Airport Convention Center)

Mostly fine. Noisy air conditioner and heater. My major complaint is the lack of thoroughness for cleanliness. There were a handful of fine dog-like/cat-like hair on the sheets and clung to all of my clothing. What else could have been unclean?

It looks like they have tried to give this place a facelift but it is just worn down and meh. The coffee was literally brown colored water. Filthy floors. Shuttle took forever at the airport. It was located next to Dennyʻs that doubled as a bar. Just yuck. Staff was kind.

There was no one manning the front desk. I had made reservations and was tired when I arrived. I was greeted by a sign that said be back in 15 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes and no one showing up I called the front desk from my phone. It was answered and the voice on the other end said give them 5 minutes and they would be out. After another 15 minutes I was thinking about leaving but I had already paid. In another 10 minutes the front desk person finally came out and got me my room. Very frustrating for someone that had traveled all day and was tired.

I was looking for a room near the airport and got a lovely room, very courteous check in process, I was even asked if I would like a wake up call, a safe and convenient parking spot where I could leave my car for the week, a shuttle that dropped me off at the airport and picked me up there, too! It was a very successful experience. I will definitely stay here again!

Pros: Room was a good size for a two-night stay. Lots of mirrors. Large bathroom. Cons: Breakfast wasn't great. Comment for *******: We didn't realize that discounts (military, AAA, etc.) were not available through this site.

Mala actitud del personal en el check out. Y el cuarto se sentia sucio. Olor a pescado en el refrigerador del cuarto. Pesima experiencia
