安大略機場Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Ontario Airport)

I loved the way the room was out together/ it gave very homey feeling. Smelled really clean and nice. And dishes and silverware was already clean and everything. Love love love it

The Marriott Residence Inn Ontario Airport location does not represent the Marriott product I am accustomed to experiencing. The room heater did not work until maintenance came to do a reset, the kitchen sink facet was *****ped it was a challenge to turn to facet on, the new smoke detector install worked while the old one had wire exposed hanging from the ceiling, and the carpet looked dirty and old. Maintenance also had to fix our TV because there was no signal. The bathroom was outdated. There were large paint chunks missing from the bedroom wall. There were wooden pallets behind a storage placed on the ground outside on the property. A remodel needed! I will not stay there again! Overall, the room was unkept! Disappointed with 524.

Front desk are not very friendly. Outdated rooms. Need major updates esp restrooms. Walls are paperthin you can hear everything from people upstairs. Not very Marriott like. Hopefully they make actions. Bed is tough and spring mattress are so old. Overall the room & ambiance just smells and feels so old. It’s actually scary.

It had a very unpleasant smell in my room, my co worker said hers was the same. It was very knocked about, paint chipped etc, the grounds were very untidy and not very clean. The reception area also had a weird smell.

Long story. Avoid staying here if you can. I stayed here for a convention because the doubletree was sold out. My first room, the AC didn’t work. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to look at it. I told them I was gonna be at the convention center and left my cell number to call me with whether they got it working or not. They assured me they would. I returned at 11 pm. No one had been to my room and it was hot and the AC wasn’t working. I went down to the front desk, and they put me in a new room. That room smelled like *********. So I went back to the front desk. Can you put me in the third room. It’s smelled a little less like ********* But smell like cigarette smoke. It might’ve been the murders. Anyway, this hotel needs a remake in a huge way, anything I can say good about it was the breakfast if not then. Avoid this place if you can. I can’t believe Marriott hangs their flag on this property. I need a hotel room over 120 nights a year, and unfortunately, I would say this was the worst kept hotel. I stayed in since before the pandemic.

Our room was not in great condition. There was a smell. It was a damp or mildew smell and when I reported it they seemed to be aware of it. It seems some rooms are not available due to water damage. The carpets in our room were damaged and the couch was dirty. There was no soap in our bathroom when we arrived so we had to call the desk to have some delivered. Overall the room was disappointing. I was expecting better with the Bonvoy name.

It’s a cute place. Some things could be updated and or fix since a couple things are falling down or not secured to the wall. The spa is broken and they were out of fire wood. But over all a decent place!

The staff was very friendly but there was a few issues like the room had dirty underwear in it still and on my second night, room service left my door slightly open, luckily nothing was missing. Overall bad experience
