奧馬哈/市中心-舊市集凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Omaha/Downtown Old Market)

I wouldnt recommend this place. Breakfast is so small and gross. Literally only eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Then very HARD and NOT FRESH bagels and bread. Both mornings, there was no variety. I rather order delivery so you get hot food and actually edible food. Food was always cold. The room was dirty. Seemed like no one vacuumed. Then there was NO heat on. It was so damn cold in the room. The room was so cold, you cant shower without your hair freezing. The water didnt even get hot it stayed lukewarm. Cant use hair dryer to at least have some heat cause it sparked and started smoking. Room was full of smoke for the entrie stay. Stayed out of the room except for sleeping. Told the front desk and the lady was like thats to bad. You will have to deal with it. Didnt even care. Had to ask for extra blankets and got told no. So we slept with mulitple shirts on and layers of clothes just to try to sleep. NOT WORTH THE COST. its over priced. We were miserable.

I have stayed at this hotel since it opened and have always loved it! I found the breakfast disappointing compare to the past but it was good. The room was in slight disrepair but was taken care of immediately, as in 30 minutes. I was quite impressed! I would certainly stay again and recommend it for quality and comfort.

Hotel was fine, but clearly they have a policy to disregard guests that book on a third party website. I had requested a king room and was told that they didn’t have any available and because I am booked on a third-party site, I wasn’t aware of that. The next morning, I heard someone else ask that why they weren’t able to get a two queen room (what I had been given) and they were told the same thing I had been. Since the hotel was clearly nowhere near full, I have to guess it’s just a policy.

They were doing major construction on one of the upper floors. VERY loud jackhammers were pounding away all afternoon and into the evening. We complained to the front desk and they moved us from the 8th to the 7th floor, but it was still excessively loud. She told us that was the only open room they had, but we noticed the hotel wasn't very full. Front desk lady was very rude about it. They didn't clean our room or even bring coffee refills. towels were worn, bathroom sink light was burnt out. Just overall condition of the room was lacking.

Staff was very friendly but the manager was over-charging on contract fee and we had to fix later. Also they charge a parking fee here and was never mentioned at check-in. Our fee was $45 parking fee at the end. Showed up on a bill later.

If your driving your paying for parking. The last comment is about one or 2 guys going in and out of their rooms literally all night long. Not sure what they were up to, but it gave me an impression the night crew was renting to some shady characters.

Great location in the Old Market. Close to everything so it's very walkable. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Attached parking garage. One of my favorite places to stay in Omaha.

Was switched to a different room with 2 queens instead of the single king i booked ...becouse they ran out...and i booked here so apparently that makes it ok

Shower water pressure extremely low and cut off completely back and forth. Breakfast buffet not good as has been in the last 4 years. Put us in a handycap room not what we expected. Lamp on bathroom vanity burned out hard to shave. Hard to get on elevator cleaning staff always using same elevators. Rooms felt much cleaner in the last 4 years we've been at this hotel for events.
