奧馬哈西南希爾頓逸林飯店(DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Southwest)

How toilet was plug before we even used it. The front desk was able to get us a different room. If i could give 10 Star to the staff working the front desk i would. Things happen that are out of our control but the evening and morning front desk staff take it personnel. They need a rise.

Water leaks in the first floor lobby. You could hear other people taking showers in their rooms, which means the other people could hear me. There was a smell of sewage that came and went. None of the staff smiled or greeted politely, mostly communicating with grunts and when I asked for a receipt I even got some some eye roles.

I didn't get past the lobby because they didn't have my reservation. Not impressed with ******* or the Doubletree by Hilton Omaha Southwest. In this town to see my husband in a hospital and this location was the closest to the hospital which is why I chose it. Now we are 5 miles farther away. Will NOT be using ******* again.

The staff at the front desk are rude and not knowledgeable. The room was not clean. We had to beg someone to take the trash out of the room. I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel was absolutely foul. The first room we were given was not clean at all. There was filth all over the bathroom counters. The pillows had hair ALL over them from the previous guests. It was evident the room has not been turned over whatsoever. Disgusting. We went and politely asked for a new room, went to our new room, and it was a construction site. We thought we were being punkd…went down AGAIN to the front desk, were given a third room in which we just settled and went to bed. I’m not sure how this hotel is rated so highly. It was an awful experience. We requested a refund and were told they would make a “note” of it. Absurd.

This place was great! We stopped in Omaha due to bad weather on our drive back west. Great location, super friendly, professional and helpful staff. Great fitness center. Suite was cozy and had a beautiful bathroom. Would stay again!

Honestly one of the nicest places i have stayed in! We took our girls for the weekend and it was really clean! Our only quam was that our mattress was very hard but that could be chalked up to the mattress possibly being new.
