Enjoyed my stay staff was nice even though I was accused of smoking and found untrue an apology was made overall really nice place to breakfast is great also

The room should not have been rented. The door had to be body slammed to open because the latch on the door was damaged. Hallways leading to the room were not finished. Spackel was smeared on the walls and left without paint. Our room carpeting was dirty and had dog poo pushed into the carpet near the bed. The room smelled musty and dirty. Our air conditioner was loud and vibrated. The manager that assigned the room was not friendly. The pub attached to the hotel was dirty and the service was very slow. The food was very expensive. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I love it

I travel a lot for work and pleasure but this was my worst hotel stay ever. There was a water pipe leak that caused a flooding situation. We were all waken by a fire alarm at 1am and were disturbed. The phone and TV were not working for two full days and the environment was unsafe because some neighbors with shady character were knocking at doors in the middle of the night looking to use people’s phone. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced and will never go back there! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

This hotel is the worst place I’ve ever attempted to stay. After them moving us to 3 different rooms they finally gave us a refund so we could go elsewhere. The elevators are so small only two people can fit in them and you feel like you’re going to get stuck every time. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. One room was at least 80 degrees, the bathtub was so gross, there was hair all over the bed and the smell of the entire floor was so overwhelming. The second room had dead bugs on the floor, dirt along the wall, another gross bathroom, a giant blue stain on the floor. There were cigarette burns on the blanket and when I took that odd the sheets had blood stains on them. When I told the front desk they said “housekeeping is closed so I can’t get you new bedding.” I was absolutely amazed at how unhelpful the front desk was. I tried to call corporate and that was a fail. Finally someone came that could refund us. It’s pending but I’m hoping for the best. If you read this far and are still considering staying here, just don’t. The other families we were with had the exact same experiences.

The room we received was not cleaned properly. There were all kinds of things wrong. Stains in the floor. Food crumbs still not vacuumed up. There was also a mystery don't know what it was on the door handles. It was just not very clean and the elevators didn't seem up to date. It was a miracle of I could get the call button for going down to work. There were many things I could go on about the cleanliness of the room we had. I just wasnt impressed.

Place was filthy and no batteries in TV remote...when we asked for batteries that first night we were told they didn't have any, the next day we asked again, they were brought to our room, it didn't matter because TV didn't work. Guest service came to look at it said we could change rooms, I asked for a discount instead, he said he'd have management call me, they never called

This hotel definitely needs some upgrades. The tv didn’t work, maintenance came, worked on it for 20 minutes, couldn’t get it to work and said he’d be right back. Never came back. The heater vibrated very loadly when running. Bathtub finish was peeling. Hole in bathroom door not completely though door. On the plus, the bed was comfy.

Hotel is pretty run down. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the hairdryer didn’t work. We had to change rooms after we checked in because our first room smell of smoke. Plus side- beds comfortable, staff was nice I’ll pick a different hotel next time
