enjoy the breakfast! nice place to stay when i visit home !!!

Staff was excellent except for having to go outside to smoke in her vehicle and not answering the phone when we called for some information before arrival. We observed this also after our arrival when we came down to the desk for help and found her outside in her vehicle and we could here the phone ringing at the front desk.. Also the kitchen needs to prepare more food rather than letting it run out and then play catch up. on the hot tray area, the sausage was the only thing available at 0830 as guest stood around waiting.

The hotel vibe just being outside you feel like you're in a rough part of town and people that aren't hotel guests just walking in off the street and walking into the hotel lobby and harassing my wife really made her uncomfortable while the staff stood there and watched them the person left and then the staff made a comment glad that worked it's self out this was our first time and before my wife was going to surgery the next day

No hot tub

Everything about the property itself was great. However we did try to cancel and get a refund from the hotel right after booking because they didn’t disclose that you had to pay $15/day to park at the hotel. The hotel wouldn’t let us cancel with a refund so we had to pay the extra money for parking. It would be nice to fully disclose that before reserving.

Other than the parking the place was great. Super clean, breakfast was good and clean area. Just don't plan to pull up to check in and bring in your bags without finding and paying for parking first

Great employees all around. Limited breakfast though. Room was very clean so that’s nice but our shower head had almost no pressure to it.

The room was great, the staff was wonderful. We were disappointed in the pool-it was too cold to swim.
