It was clean and the kids loved the place

I had a good stay everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Though I did have several issues one I had to keep getting my keys replaced every time we left the room the key wouldn’t work, there was a couple of times we couldn’t even get into the hotel we had to walk all the way around to the front just to enter. The other issue I had is the shower was nice and big but the water would not stay in the shower area and go all over the bathroom and star going into the room leaving wet carpet.

Our room was on a busy street (Cuming St.) and the traffic noise in the room was very loud all night long. Loud enough to the point were we needed earplugs to sleep. Not sure why the windows are so thin but they are. On a positive note, the free breakfast each morning was excellent.

I cannot believe that even though I was already paying $240 for a one night stay, that an additional $10 was required just to be able to park in the parking lot. There was no mention of this when I was booking. No hot tub, no vending machines to be found, and no one at the front desk available in order to purchase items from their little store. There was also some sort of vomit stain dripping down the inside of the elevator door.

We picked this hotel because it advertised a hot tub and even showed a picture of it and there was no hot tub. We were given a room that wasn’t even ready. Got a different room without a problem. The area around the hotel is sketch. You have to pay $10 a day for parking.

I took my stuff out to my car at 9 and came back to my room to relax for a bit more before my drive home, but had to check out right away instead because the housekeeper started cleaning it before I was ready to leave

The room was very spacious and clean. Place seemed fairly well maintained. Hot breakfast was great every day. Front Desk employees were friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

staff deserve better than 5 stars. Nice large rooms, bed was good. A little noisy with traffic.

Hotel claims to have a hot tub but did not. Also had to pay for parking but was listed as on site free parking.
