奧爾茲華美達飯店(Ramada by Wyndham Olds)

Bought gummy bears from the shop. There were horrible very old and just disgusting almost Making my daughter throw up. Otherwise everything was great

This is an excellent hotel with nice big rooms and accommadating to our hockey team and my family. The breakfast was very good as well. Kepp up the great service

This was a very clean n nice hotel. Room was spacious. Pool area was fantastic

We had our service dog with us which they knew about. We found 3 poisonous mouse traps on our floor and they REFUSED to remove them several times. They said it would be unfortunate if our dog got sick and died from ingesting the poison. After I said I would post on social media they finally came and removed them. Our dog is now at the vet as he was vomiting during the night. If you have a fur baby DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! The hotel is getting our vet bill but they don’t seem concerned that they may have caused my dog to be sick. Disgusting!

No one implemented the mandatory masks in the lobby. The pool was well past occupancy and not a thing was done. A bunch of hockey teams took over the hotel and the other customers were left to deal with the loud craziness of it. COVID protocols were an absolute joke at this location. Even the staff didn’t have masks on properly, a chin strap is not wearing a mask.

My room had heavy dust on the table and lamp on the bed

We had a large group and we all had a fantastic time. Only negative was the flooring in the pool caused small cuts/ scrapes on our feet. Great place great staff, we will be back!

From the moment I got in, the staff was great, gave me options to park as I have a trailer, explained all the hotel features. The room was amazing, all the areas extremely clean.

We loved everything staff are supper good polite And accommodating room and bed super comfy and clean. The pool area super fun, breakfast was amazingly good, we really enjoyed our stay.
