was a great location excellent customer service but unfortunately the facilties in the room did not work was not able to charge my phone the kettle was not working Had to take hot water from reception no health and safety considered and when reported to manager in the morning his response was will get housekeeping to check. That did not help we had children both under 3 and needed hot water. Also when we arrived had to wait for ages as they said that we had not booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children which is riduculous. As a top the breakfast was good but some items were quite stale.

The location is very good close to the main road, services had to wait for a while no one was there front desk. The room was so dusty you could even smell it. The bathroom sink was not flowing quickly it took long time for water to sink even after brushing my teeth. There was no shower gel and the drying towel was a bit stained. Breakfast was very good and the staff was lovely. I wish there is an option of uploading video would have uploaded it.

Love staying in this hotel when visiting Birmingham. Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean hotel in general. One disappointment was when I came down around 06:30 down to the lobby to ask for milk sachets, there wasn’t anyone present , I waited for some time, however nobody attended to me. So for this I graded the hotell 4 smiles instead of 5

When asked for a pad and pen which wasn’t in the room I was told to go to reception. Shower broken. Towels dirty
