Let's start with the positive: - delicious food - new, clean hotel - great entertainers, including parties (we went on a ship and to a club with the animation team), special thanks to Habibi, Kristina, and Umut - good rooms Now, let me tell you about the negative side of the hotel: The hotel's administration shows complete negligence towards its customers. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. The story began when my partner and I decided to skip breakfast and rest after a tour. It was around 10 o'clock. I went to the bathroom and heard someone swiping a card on the door's card reader. I thought it was the cleaner, so I put up the ”do not disturb” sign and went back to sleep. About an hour passed. We had the door locked with a latch, and suddenly the door flew open along with the door frame. A lady barged in and shouted, ”WHERE ARE MY THINGS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!” Dealing with that woman was a whole separate story, but to summarize: it turned out she was moving from one room to another and forgot that she was not in room 612 (our room). She told the receptionist room 612, and THEY JUST GAVE HER A CARD! We tried to explain to the administrator that it is not normal to hand out room keys based solely on someone's word. I said to the administrator, ”So, if anyone comes up to you and tells you my room number, you would give them a card?” To which this unpleasant individual clearly and firmly replied, ”Yes.” After that, we asked for this manager to be called because it was not just unpleasant that this woman broke the door, but also that the administration not only failed to apologize but also acted rudely. In response, the administrator at the reception said, ”I am the one in charge here. If you don't like it, there's the door, you can leave.” Overall, if it weren't for the negligence and rudeness of the administrator (who, of course, doesn't wear a badge and apparently prefers anonymity in their statements), this would have turned into a funny vacation story. But it was precisely the way they responded to us and ”helped” that ruined the whole impression of ”customer care.” If you plan to stay at this hotel, everything will be fine until an unforeseen incident occurs, which the administration simply couldn't care less about. I was in orang county alanya from 21th to 27th April with my wife and my son. I'm going to mention some plus points and minus points of this hotel : Minus points: 1. When we arrived, front desk didn't attend that we need family room .however the most of hotel's room was empty they gave us a very small room with three beds. Our bed was twin bed instead of double bed. 2. My bed had a lot of noise so it maked up me during the night. 3. We were on the first floor so there was a lot of noise from the street . I suggest the door of balcony needs to fix. 4. Nobody couldn't speak English Plus point: 1. Entertainment of hotel was so active and funny . 2. Bartenders was kind and perfessional. Specifically mr berkay makes very delicious drinks and always was so kind. 3. The water of aqua park was warm. 4. Spectacular scenery from lobby 5. Variety of foods 6. Delicious pastas 7. Big main pool 8. Easy access to everything Last but not least I recommend this hotel just for families so there were many families with many children that maked much noise every where.

We had a pleasant stay as a family, our room was spacious, well decorated and we had a nice sea view . The food was good and varied, the staff was nice, and above all I would like to thank the animation team who were very friendly and who got out of their way to liven up whether in the show time, at the pool for the games and throughout the day, smiling and present without respite, I particularly thank Alpi, Yusef and Fifi who were adorable with us and of course without forgetting sarahat with his: (waaaaww)😁 and Emy.

I have been a guest at this hotel for quite some time and my experience so far has been excellent. The people working at Hotel Litore were always responsive, friendly, hospitable. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is delicious. I never had a single complaint until last week (November 4th). I had the most horrible experience a woman can have. I felt insecure, scared, threatened. At 11 pm there was a knock in my hotel room. I was in the shower and my friend (female) opened the door and saw the front office manager Sait at our door. I could hear them talking at the door. This went on for about 10 minutes while I was still in the shower. When I entered our room, they were talking on the balcony. Imagine my complete shock while I was still undressed when I saw someone from the hotel, a manager, in our room. Up until that point I had just exchanged a few words with him in the hotel lobby and had never given him any indication that I had or could have any interest in him. I or my friend never invited him to visit us in our room. It never occurred to me that something like this could happen. I was literally shocked. I won't lie, I was scared that something might happen to me and my friend. I felt insecure and scared. I got dressed in a hurry, put on whatever I could find, just so he wouldn't see me naked. He started asking me if I have a boyfriend, am I single while looking at me suspiciously. Luckily my friend was calm and told him we should leave the room now. Fortunately, he left too. Anyway, I have never felt more scared and insecure in my entire life. In a place where I should be relaxing and having fun, I was made to feel scared for my own safety as a woman. In such a friendly county, in a hotel where I have always been treated with respect, to feel so humiliated by a man in a leadership position... This is unacceptable. It also speaks badly for the hotel. I strongly believe that this person should not be an employee at Hotel Litore because his actions reflect on the hotel as well. We also informed the general manager of the hotel about the situation but he took no action and covered up the whole situation as it never happened. It's been a few days and I'm home now, but I'm still having nightmares about it. As a woman, I feel helpless. This man's actions were appalling, but what shocked me even more was the lack of any action by his superior. No one even apologized to me. I didn't get one: sorry. This is truly unacceptable. I honestly don't think women can feel safe there. We were lucky that nothing more happened, but I don't know if some other women will be as lucky as we were, or if something worse could happen to them.

We stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults and 4 kids. Good points: clean hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, lots of food variety. Drinks were nice. Bad points: not enough sun beds round the pool. If you don’t put your towels down at 6am you are not getting a bed which is ridiculous! The hotel should not allow people to do this. We sat there all day and watched people stroll back to their beds around 1600 after being out all day! The pool closes at 1900 but the staff turf you off the sun beds at 1730 to make room for dinner tables… there is 1 life guard who watches the slides for 2 hours a day. He wasn’t there everyday! People were zooming down the slides. It’s a disaster waiting to happen!! The kids pool is tiny. If you have a toddler then this place isn’t for you! Luckily my 5 year old was confident enough to swim with arm bands as she couldn’t touch the floor in either of the pools ( besides the kids pool! Which is literally 1.5m by 1.5m) entertainment was ok, not much entertainment for the English though in my opinion. Staff couldn’t speak great English so my daughter didn’t enjoy the kids club as couldn’t talk to them. Food was ok - but gave us all sickness and diarrhoea. There was a lot to choose from but same thing most days. We got sick of it after about 5 days. The maids didn’t really clean your rooms - literally just made the beds and changed the towels. No glasses were removed from rooms or rubbish taken out. Beach was ok but beach shoes are 100% needed. The sea was too rough for the children to enjoy as the waves are really big. The rooms are not sound proofed at all. Could hear absolutely everything. Including the night club a few hotels along which didn’t stop until about 0200am. Overall we had a nice stay but would not recommend this hotel if you have children.

The hotel itself is very good. Very rude people working in the spa. A particularly short bald man. He imposes his wishes and if the customer does not agree, he gets irritated and offended. No employee should allow such communication. The prices are very high.

The hotel is geared only to Russian guests. At the reception they can only say a few words in English. The hotel service, although only Russian speaks it, is very nice and helpful! Restaurant food poor and repetitive, only soups very good. All animations for guests and children only in Russian or in sign language. 95% of all markings are also in Russian. The behavior of most of the Russian guests leaves much to be desired. When you go to breakfast, you can see 80% of the sunbeds occupied by towels, and during the day all sunbeds are occupied in this way.
