I woke up at 3:00 to get ready for my flight to find a bed bug on my pillow. I immediately wrap my pajamas in several bags to make sure I'm not transferring anything (bugs/eggs) to my belongings. I have no choice but to gather my belongings to make my flight. I spoke to the front desk and showed him a pic that I had taken and his response was that he will notify maintenance. nothing else was said to me. I just said whatever and walked out. I called the following day to speak to a manager and was told there is not one on site. this was mid morning, I was told that she would have the GM call me. she then explained how busy the GM was and that it may take a few days. I have yet to hear from anyone. bed bugs are a big deal, if transferred home, it can be costly. I would have expected someone to have contacted me immediately. I will never stay here again. I'm highly disappointed in my stay and the lack of concern from this staff.
