Everything was great. The bench seats by the windows where u eat need to be replaced was terrible could have been covered with a sheet blanket or something. That was the only thing. Service and room was nice kidd like the breakfast also.

It was in ok place for my first time stay. We rented 2room at this place. In one of our rooms we stayed the bathroom didn’t work when we first got there so they changed our room. Number 2 room was miss the covers for the bed couch we didn’t ask the front desk for help so we just use our own… but other then that it was an okay you can say

We booked a his hotel as it came up as pet friendly. We arriv d at midnight checked in to our room pet was with us and my husband is disabled. At 9:30 I'm Am a hotel staffer knocked on our door said " you need to get out immediately you brought a pet in this hotel and it's a no pet hotel. And we will fine you $200. The person was so rude I could not believe it. I said I booked on ******* and it came up as pet friendly. I will not pay a $200 fine and id like to o be reimbursed for the room we were treated like we were criminals it was awful

Light bulb so burned out in lamp by bed. I told the cleaning lady, she never changed it. not enough towels and wash cloths. I think the refrigerators need to be larger. I like comfortable sofas & chairs. every room needs recliners. I check in young man had just made cookies, which were really good.

The stay started off great as the receptionist recognized me as being a Hiltons Honors member. Was a little suspicious when we arrived and they had 3 fans running in the lobby. The a/c in the room was not working correct but can't complain about that as I did not say anything until we checked out. One elevator was out of service and the other had the art on the walls peeling off and floor numbers were written with what looked like white out. Also, the walls in the hallways were scraped up too by what looked to be the cleaning crews carts.

Booked the hotel room but the room we booked (non-refundable) was not available. We booked for a king bed and we a room with double beds the beds were small and totally uncomfortable.

Advertised 24 hour shuttle and did not start until 5am. Our flight was at 5am. We had to make last minute arrangements to get to airport on time. Indoor pool had children's play area but it wasn’t working. Wanted this for our 2 year old granddaughter. For these two reasons, I chose this hotel out of the several that were available. They failed on both.
