When we checked in, I forgot my phone on the counter. They held it for me and remembered me when I came back to get it. The valet remembered us from check in the day before and made getting our car very easy! Very personable and we will definitely come back!

Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Light rail has a stop outside the front door. The location in downtown Oklahoma City puts it close to Paycom Center sports arena, Myriad Gardens, and other downtown attractions. The building is QUIET. No street noise at all, no noise from other patrons. We thought we may have been the only people on our floor at times.

The hotel was beautiful but definitely wasn’t worth the money. The bed was super uncomfortable, it was so uncomfortable my husband slept on the couch just so that’s he could get some sleep. We had a long drive the next day. We probably won’t stay there again. We make several trips to okc but will stay at different Hotel next time.

I absolutely loved our stay. The staff was wonderful the hotel was all so clean and fresh quite the valet guys front staff cleaning ladies definitely will return and stay at the same hotel

Very misleading website. This is not a 4 star hotel. You will not get slippers, streaming, fitted sheets, alexa, or a well trained front desk staff. They do not reply to “contact us” from their website. You try to advise them you have no fitted sheet, a mattress protector with holes in it and robes with holes in it and instead of fixing these things, they will offer to send a bottle of wine to your room (even though you tell them you don’t want one). Per the waitress down the street at an excellent restaurant, she wasn’t surprised as all the “good” people left Colcord. I could go on, but I’m tired of typing. Don’t waste your money or time on this place. They also seem to have some sort of issue with ******* reservations as they made comments about ******* twice. Unfortunate because this place could be great.

Disappointed in stay. For the price we paid should’ve been a better trip. Ordered room service twice and both times when food left out for pick up sat there over night. The room was “stale” smelling, just overall regretting booking here.

Room wasn’t very clean. There were smudges on sink counter top, tables and shower glass. Paint was worn through on wall edges. There were stains on the walls in the bathroom, from what looks to be from shower humidity. Some of the bathroom hardware was rusted. I reserved a corner room and on one side the bed headboard cover almost all of the windows and the other side window blinds were not operating correctly. We ordered well over $200 of food from the flint restaurant and it arrived colder than room temperature. Some of the food was absolutely inedible. I was starving and I forced my steak down. The steak was supposed to be a ribeye but it was a sirloin and no more thank1/2” thick. I ordered medium rare and they laid the steak over all the food, so the mash potatoes were red from the blood. My wife’s pasta was extremely mushy. All of the other food was so cold we didn’t eat any of it.

It was a great experience. We went to a concert at the paycom. Walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely be staying here again.
