We booked pool view and included breakfast. I have to ask for breakfast. Since I didn’t know what room he gave me. We assumed that he will give me the pool view with balcony as described in my booking. I didn’t get any of it. I called the front desk and he told me that he will ask manager permission tomorrow. I don’t know what he meant by that. I paid for what I booked and xxxx. Other than that, the servers at the breakfast were very nice and helpful.

Hilton Garden First time staying at the Hilton Garden and everything was great comfortable bed good food

The resort was absolutely beautiful everyone there was so nice and friendly. The pool was so clean on the outside and the inside pool the ocean was fantastic. The suite was so clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better. The resort was just absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny that I spent there my experience was excellent the entire time.

This is our prime choice when visiting the area. No complaints at all, all the staff is great, the facilities and amenities are great, the rooms are clean and comfy, I could go on and on!

Great location! I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic! You can’t beat the view and convenience! However, the housekeeping service could definitely be improved. It was very basic, mostly limited to changing towels and making the bed. Don’t expect a full cleaning during your stay. Also, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not provide beach service. While beach chairs and umbrellas are available, they need to be rented separately, which was a bit disappointing. Great location, but a few service upgrades would make a big difference.

I did not like how the pool was so dark at night. Very dangerous. Room could use some upgrades of fixtures. Overall loved the spaciousness of the room and amenities
