I stayed at your hotel with my family last Thursday to Friday, my two girls, my wife and I, got stranded in Miami to get home, so we bouth a ticket from the Fort Laureldale Airport, we though a night arround Aventura Mall would be nice.
The service was poor, we got ther arround 7 P.M., they where training someone at the front desk. We paid $245.00 for the night and when we got to it, there was no help with the bags and the front desk did nothing at all, not even a smile.
We got our room and saw that bottled water was $6, we where thirsty so we took it from down stairs. I called the front desk to ask if the coffe was also charged and the guy at front desk said yes, then someone told us it was not.
At breakfast they had only one waiter and no buffet, she made her best to serve us, but she seemed worried and over worked, waffles where not the best and there was no salt at the table, we did not wanted to bother the lady, the honey was blocked I had to fixed.
The Hotel looks good but is very poor located for the price, and I know that is not under your control, but amenities is nothing with bad or just lack of service, your staff is under paid or unhappy and us the customers pay for it.
