Beautiful hotel located directly on the beach. We stayed in the gorgeous 2 bed beachfront apartment which was really spacious and well furnished. Plenty of room for 5 of us to spread out and the views were breathtaking. Food wise the breakfasts were ok. Nothing special. We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was lovely. Service and welcome was always good. Majority of the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. The Gap is walking distance. 20-40 minutes depending on where your going. Oistens is a good walk away but there is a bus stop close by with regular buses running. We had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gorgeous wee hotel.

We loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and we felt it was the prettiest hotel in the area. The food and drinks were delicious and beyond reasonably priced. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day. We used the spa for a massage which was also very nice

We loved the hotel to stay in. It’s very convenient for a young family and fussy eaters to have their own kitchen to prepare food in. The place was clean, room service also was brilliant. The pools and beach are amazing at this place. Only wish someone would have warned me about the whistling frogs!!

Great Stay in a very well built Hotel, Rooms and En-suites were nice and cosy. Air Con worked well, great sea view. Good breakfast and Wifi across the hotel. Location was ok, a little far away from main areas, not quite walkable, taxis and buses available easily. Beach nice but not calm with large waves. Suffering from sea **** across the bay.

If you don’t like big hotels Bougainvillea is for you. Spotlessly clean throughout, lovely gardens, beach and pool area with a great barman José serving up drinks. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance or a short drive away. The issue we had during our stay was the lack of shade/umbrellas at the pool. There were only three umbrellas for all sun beds at the pools. Raised with the water sports team and reception but was told there weren’t any (which I still find bemusing) so days at the pool were impossible, which for a person who needs shade and prefers the pool was a real shame.

Die Lage und der Strand vom Hotel war ein Traum. Die Zimmer ok. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation im Hotel war schlecht. Jede Information die gebraucht wurde, musste durch Zufall selber entdeckt werden oder dem Personal abgenötigt. Das Essen vor Ort war sehr lecker. Die Karte aber leider überschaubar und überhaupt ein Tisch zu bekommen teilweise nicht möglich.

The property was stunning and the rooms were great. The dining in resort is expensive and leaving requires a car so keep in mind if you want to cut those expense!

Hotel food quality was good but the service slow and disjointed. Tables not set up, either a fork or knife or spoon missing, coffee would arrive but no mugs. Generally poor service in the restaurant but friendly.
