Clean and nice hotel, you can book the lake view room, easy to go everywhere

We visited this hotel on our third day after spending two nights in another hotel. We chose this one because it looked very modern and in excellent location. Initially the room was given to us was very small, dated and quite dark and further to that remote for the a/c unit was missing. We reported this first thing but I had to go to reception twice during the day. However igor kindly changed our room to the one facing the lake with a larger one. Unfortunately I had to go back and forth to resolve this which was not ideal when you spend a day in a hotel. I would advise any one visiting to book rooms facing the lake. I wish I would have told by the reception staff hotel facilities even the hotel provides bean bags at the front not just breakfast times. However overall staff was very friendly and helpful apart from the one I mention below. The cafe/restaurant is very nice to sit (if you ignore the miserable waitress) and relaxed but it can get a bit hot. Overall I would re visit this hotel but make the right choices with rooms.

O hotel está em ótima localização, em frente ao lado (com puffs para aproveitar a vista do gramado), a poucos minutos de caminhada para o centrinho e com um bom restaurante (e rooftop). O quarto era espaçoso, confortável e limpo, com uma agradável varanda. Bom chuveiro e hotel bem decorado.

If the hotel fails the main thing you are paying for - the ability to sleep - then they somewhat fail as a hotel. Due to the bar and restaurant being to the immediate left of our room which was tucked back, noise reverberated back and the parties both nights we stayed had us awake until well after 1 am. Our room was clean and well appointed and the bed comfortable. Our lake view overlooked someone’s lawn with cars and a boat but the view of the actual lake was nice. If you’re looking for a good time, by all means, stay here. If you need a good rest after very physical days, find somewhere else.

The room was well appointed and very clean. Modern and stylish with good air-conditioning. The hotel in general is above the standard of most hotels I have stayed in around Ohrid Lake. I will definitely stay here again as one of my main choices! The restaurant was great as well and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Hotel situado frente al lago, a 15 minutos caminando del casco antiguo. Desayuno correcto. Habitación amplia y confortable. Personal amable. Cafetería muy concurrida y con buen ambiente cada tarde. Opción recomendable.

SU Hotel is in the best location in Ohrid and has a wonderful bar and restaurant. The hotel room is simple and dated, but clean and with a great view of the lake or the mountains. This is the perfect hotel if you want to be on the lake and around the main street of Ohrid.

Excellent location. Stayed in the Superior Room with a view of the lake - gorgeous view and loved the balcony. The hotel common areas were decorated nicely for Chris**as. However, the evening music was extremely loud and did not make for a restful stay. Great place to stay if you want to stay up late and partake in the music and bar scene on site; but not a great location if you go to bed earlier and want a restful stay. Unfortunately that is why I am giving the hotel a lower rating
