Muy recomendado. El hotel está hubicado a 5 mins caminando de Gran vía. Opciones de restaurantes y comidas cercanas al hotel. La habitación exactamente como muestran en las fotos. El personal muy amables y dispuestos en todo momento.

Excelente, en pleno centro de Madrid, habitación con todas las comodidades. El baño tiene una ducha amplia con presión y temperatura, algo que siempre se agradece cuando viajas. Limpieza impecable y buena atención. Volveremos sin duda.

Endroit extrêmement bruyant et mal insonorisé. Nous avions déjà dormi dans un hôtel à 20m donc cela ne vient pas uniquement de la situation géographique. Chambre avec une mauvaise aération. Odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bains. Serviette de toilette trouée. Et ménage fait une seule fois en 3 nuits. Tout cela à 160 euros la nuit sans petit déjeuner et sans vrai produits de toilette (plus proche du détergent que du gel douche) Nous mettons quand même 2/5 parce que les dames du personnel sont très gentilles et font tout leur possible pour essayer de rendre le séjour agréable.

The worst hotel experience I’ve had so far. This is actually the first ever review I’ve left because it was that bad. We booked a room that we didn’t receive and we only booked the room because of the balcony and we’re placed in a completely different type of suite than what we paid for. We quickly informed the front desk once we saw the room and were told not to worry they will change us tomorrow. We decided we can do one night here and then switch to not be too difficult. Over the next few days we were never changed and every time the new front desk attendant was there they had no idea what we were talking about. We kept hearing different things and were shifted to different people without any solution. It was very frustrating and made us waste a lot of our time we had in Madrid. On top of that the bathroom smelled terrible the entire time and made it hard to sleep at night. We talked to someone named Maria who was very rude and talked down to us the entire time. I would never recommend this hotel. The people working were a nightmare to deal with. Save your money and book somewhere else so you can have a stress-free and good smelling stay!

Hemos venido por la primera vez a este alojamiento que nos ha sorprendido. En la animada calle de Fuencarral y a unos pasos de la Gran Vía, para nosotros que hemos llegado a Madrid después de un largo trayecto en carro no podíamos estar mejor ubicados. Todo está muy cerca. Nos quedamos en la habitación 8 y mi hijo mayor tuvo su propio espacio para el, mientras nosotros nos quedamos con el pequeñín. Las camas muy cómodas, la ducha muy agradable y todo esto perfectamente limpio. El personal muy agradable, les agradecemos por todo. Seguramente que regresaremos

Great value for what you get! The room was modern and clean. Very comfortable beds. Great air conditioning. Super clean bathroom. The staff was extremely nice. My only critique is that it was difficult to get in the building - hint: hit buzzer #2 when you get there. The building is undergoing renovations- construction paper all over the stairs.The building seems like a mix of residential and then the floor with the wahoo rooms. No traditional lobby and no sig outside other than a small one near the doorbells.

Proximity to the centre of the city. Provided discounted parking rates for nearby parking area. Staff was excellent and friendly.

This is a nice hotel in a very central location in Madrid. Some of the rooms are quieter than others. The rooms are very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only problem was the elevator was broken the entire time and we had to lug luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs.

We had a great stay at this property. The staff was super sweet and the location is fantastic. Near everything but quiet at night. They provided water in the room and even helped us book a show. We will definitely be back !

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodations beyond the simple entry. Comfortable beds, great water pressure, centrally located. Staff was very friendly.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in a family room with bunk beds. The room was clean and efficient, and we had surprisingly quiet nights in the fun and vibrant Chueca neighborhood. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. Staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This place is a gem. The facility is very nice - we got a king size bed and a separate room with a bunk bed (family suite room). Clean, nicely-decorated, comfy bed, provided a kettle with coffee, tea, bottled water (you can ask more anytime). Location is at the center of the shopping district, restaurants, metro stations and walkable tourists sites. Though this is not a hotel. You may need to walk several meters away from the uber or taxi drop off before you reach their door and reception is on the second floor. We only stayed for one night but it was really a pleasant stay for us.
