夢想飯店(Hotel Drim)

Drim hotel, bushalte om de hoek, winkelstraat om de hoek, verschillende restaurants om de hoek, en 1 km vanuit het hotel naar rechts zit Riviera fish restaurant, ook een aanrader! Buffet genoeg keuze, kamers en badkamer netjes. WiFi werkt heel goed. En Fibula agency, via Corendon, met 2 fantastische hosts genaamd Bajram en Edis die je bij alles helpen wat je wilt weten, zowel excursies als waar je het beste geld kan wisselen bijvoorbeeld.

Taharet musluğu yok, tesisat sistemi eski, asansörler sürekli bozuluyor. Kahvaltısı güzel, çok seçenek vardı. Demleme çay bulunmuyor, o kadar Türk misafir ağırlıyorlar çay bile demlemiyorlar, taharet musluğu taktırmıyorlar. Umarım düzelir

Odaları temiz sayılır ama çok eski malzemeleri var. Yemek olayı fiyasko. Herşey dahil Turla geldik yemek veriyo ama içecek için para istiyor. İçecek dediğim au arkadaşkar su için bizden 2 euro aldılar. Banyolarda hali hazırda küvet var. Odalarda buz dolabı yok kliması saçma sapan birşey kendini bile soğutmuyor. Sonuç olarak asla Tavsiye etmem!!!

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was incredibly rude and hostile, the room was disfunctional at best. The door couldn't be locked from the inside, the bath tub was leaking onto the tiles and the toilet wouldn't flush. When reported they responded very rudely and uninterested and when the handyman came the next day, he didn't even knock, he just entered the room, while I was changing. Didn't even apologise. The water glasses they served smelled of mold and sewer and the coffee mugs had a ton of lipstick on them a couple of times. Very unsanitary and on top of that, when we asked for new ones they were angry and made distasteful comments. Distasteful comments were the most common thing we encountered on a couple of occasions, especially directed at the women present. Never again.

The location of the hotel is fine, on the lake, and in the centre of Struga. The room (single room) is very old and not clean! Old carpet with spots everywhere. They don't vacuum the room! The toilet doesn't flush, only with an extra bottle of water, and it smells dirty. The breakfast is really poor, only white small breads. The yoghurt looks like mild and the taste is bad. And then the noise, very loud music, specially with the weddings (in the weekend) untill 2.00 at night. So for me never again!

I visit every year Struga town and every year i choose Hotel Drim . I am guest of this hotel from 2002 year. Here you can find silence, good staf,good food good rooms.The parking area is so big . The lobby area is nice and confortable. I recommanted this Hotel to spend your holidays every summer

Front desk workers were very rude and unprofessional, I asked if it’s possible to get a towel the receptionist looked at at me like I’m insane and replied with an attitude “ I don’t have towels here” . Instead of saying politely you can’t get towels in the evening only in the morning, as soon as I turned around they started laughing with his coworker……I turned back around and told him off. They have no manners, they are rude and unprofessional. Service sucks in this hotel

in the best location. lake front, close to everything. slightly dated. good service. the need english speaking and more albanian speaking workers there. under staffed. there are few nice bars close by.
