奧德薩希爾頓惠庭套房飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Odessa)

홈투 호텔.. 이게 왜 세계적인 프랜차이즈 호텔이 안됬나싶을정도로 마음에 드네요 이런 호텔도 외국에 있다면 갈거같아요

This location is located conveniently near the interstate. I like that we were able to check in on the app and walk straight to the room upon arrival. Overall this was a great stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The hotel was nice enough. But my kids and I slept terrible due to the ridiculous flashing lights in the room. There were 3 different devices flashing on the ceiling. One was motion sensor. Every time it sensed someone moving near by it would flash red, green, red very brightly. Enough to clearly illuminate the area below. It was like a disco club in our room. (Maybe exaggerated) The other lights were flashing to different patterns. So we had continuous flashing going on. I was so very irritated trying to sleep in a nice room with such a ridiculous set up

Everything was great. Breakfast was very well kept and always putting out hot and fresh product. Kuddos to the breakfast crew. Elevators always smelled nice and clean! My only suggestion is to stock more towels according to how many guest will be there, also provide bedding for pull out sofa in the room. Every night we had to go ask for things. Which we were provided very quickly and with a smile.. however when coming in late from trip or visting it is definitely a hassle to run back down to front desk.

It was average. We would probably stay again. Breakfast was way below average.

We didn't have hand soap and the front desk at night said they ran out. My brother had an accident in hallway and informed the front desk it needed to be cleaned up. The next morning the mess was still there. Re: soap, upon check out, I informed asst mgr at front desk and was told they have 3 boxes of soap. She apologized.

Very clean and modern hotel. There were lots of families when we were there. There was a small misunderstanding about a credit card charge but Andrea Collins straighten things pretty quickly. She even came to our room to bring printouts showing the things were taken care of. Breakfast is very nice too. We will stay in this hotel when we come back to Odessa again.

We’ve stayed here before that’s why we chose again. We knew how clean and comfortable it is and convenient to most of our area stops. Breakfast is also decent. Staff is friendly & helpful.

Property was clean and met expectations. Breakfast was limited. It was weird that we had to sign out and return towels to front desk when using pool. No washcloths in room. Desk people often in back-no one at desk.
