Clean, efficient and easy to locate. Older facility,but very clean. The area surrounding the motel is safe and clean. Great staff make this a regular stop over for us while traveling.

Place is great and people are fantastic! Stay here all the time. They have made many upgrades and continue he to do so. Highly recommend staying here. Like it so much I am usually booked 3-6 months in advance and stay weekly!!!

I stayed in a suite for 2 nights. The towels and surroundings looked clean, but did not smell fresh and clean like I would have expected. The price was very reasonable, but should not have been reflected on the accommodations.

I will not stay here again. The staff was very nice and friendly but the location is worn down and in poor condition. Very limited amenities with no services or restaurants within walking distance. Photos make this look significantly better than it is.

It is basically an extended stay with lots of construction workers. Definitely more on the low end

We are Igh members and thought having a tiny kitchen would be nice. Hotel has a smell like old wet carpet. People are leaving outside door propped open so safety protocols not enforced. The room -smelled. Old, broken burner top. It worked then it did not. Ice marker not working. Tub spout not even touching the tub. The tile by toilet broken missing —- really run downed hotel. Never again.

Staff was very nice when checking in. Rooms were a bit dated. Toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall, full length mirror frame was broken at the top and taped together with duct tape. There was a visible bug/mouse glue trap behind the toilet/counter in the bathroom. The place was fine for a quick overnight stay.

The front desk staff could NOT have been nicer - all of them were pleasant and greeted us as we came in and went out. The check-in process was smooth and quick. We would have liked a chair in our apar**ent, but there was none in #212 those days. And the pillows were larger and bulkier than we like. But we enjoyed the rooms very much and will return for our next visit to Athens. This will definitely be our Go-To place there!

Room 208 has cockroaches. Management said that the room had been sprayed the day before we were there. When I asked for a refund, management told me that I should have asked them for a different room. However, she couldn’t guarantee me a bug free room. I would never recommend this place.
