When i was booking it showed multiple rooms available for king size bed upon arrival i was told that i was moved to a queen bed room because me being a 3rd party that im not promised what im booking for… her attitude was unprofessional and their “premium pillow top bed” are just regular bed.. the soap in the bathroom haven’t been swapped or cleaned in months… worst business trip to date! thanks

Check in was a joke. The man checking us in was just trying to pick an argument with me. The rooms were dirty. There was chewing gum and half chewed sweets in the carpet. Breakfast was disgusting. They should not bother. It really was poor.

Front desk agent was friendly and helpful under pressure. For our late night check-in, he was bombarded with angry guests. Trailers had been allowed to block a dozen parking spaces leaving many of us to have to park in the Sam’s Club next door with a “promise” that we wouldn’t be towed. Hope my car is there in the morning. Made a reservation for 4 guests. Checked in to a room with two bath towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth. Housekeeping didn’t answer the phone. Once again, waited in line for help from the besieged front desk agent to get more towels. Family in front of me was complaining that they were checked in to a room entirely different from what they booked and without enough space to sleep everyone in their party. Overall, clean rooms and common areas. Convenient location off of 75, but parking situation is a mess and place should be better staffed on a holiday weekend.

The hotel is located in a great area. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. However the hotel in general was very dirty. The elevator was very dirty and the room service never went to clean the room and we had to ask for new towels when we returned to the hotel at night.

The person on the front desk was very very kind but the room wasn’t clean the bed was smelly, very poor maintenance but also the breakfast area has a lady that even if you ask her something she makes like you don’t exist. I was asking for a high chair and one of the other guest has to helped me because she did not even looked at me. I will not come back

Was pleasantly surprised. Room was great. Lobby and common areas all extremely clean . The breakfast in the morning was such an easy and relaxing way to start the day. The desk was courteous and efficient

The entire reason we booked this property was for the indoor pool and we were not informed when booking OR upon checking that it was under maintenance.

Pet fee over prized. The maid knocked 2 hours before check out. Not pleased about those 2 things. Can't speak about ut breakfast pretty sure they said till 10:30 and they closed at 10 am.

King room was spacious and very well appointed. Bedding was comfortable and there were convenient outlets and USB ports at the bedside. Bath products were extremely high quality and shower pressure exceptional.
