I had a serious issue with my room #329 on July 2 2023. I booked my room thru *******
When I opened the door to the room, it was HOT in the room, just like the hallway. I proceeded to turn on a light to inspect the room. I found the carpet was excessively warn & dirty. I continued to turn on lights and noticed the furniture in the room had large stains on them. The desk chair, sitting chair in the corner & the bench at the end of the bed. This furniture should be deep cleaned or replaced. I proceeded to the window to see my view and was overwhelmed by the MOLD growing in the window frame. The sheet rock is crumbling down. I was disgusted at this sight. I took the elevator down to the front desk for help. There was no help given. I asked for the managers phone #. I left 2 messages, for the manager, but NO return call. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn hotels with no issues. This Hotel is not up to the Hampton Inn & Suites Expectation. Please contact me to discuss a refund. I am a business owner & understand the importance of reviews online. I would like to give your company a chance to solve this problem before I escalate the issue.
