Excellent Staff. Love the location. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend this hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property was under construction during my visit, and there was debris scattered throughout the grounds, which made the environment feel messy and uninviting. Unfortunately, this wasn't disclosed when I made the reservation, and it definitely impacted my overall experience. The room itself was below expectations—parts of it were noticeably dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail. While the staff was polite and did their jobs adequately, there was nothing particularly warm or memorable about the service. Overall, I expected a more comfortable and clean stay, but between the construction, the debris, and the lackluster room condition, I left feeling disappointed. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Checked in, marissa at the desk was very nice Dropped stuff,went to dinner We got back late,getting ready for bed,kid saw a bug.Had to get up early for comp in am,told dont worry about it,go to bed.As I looked around the room,bugs everywhere.down to desk and showed pics.offer to switch room, desk not phased 20+ pics.They know they have bugs I’m pretty confident that there are bugs in every room in that hotel with the way that they reacted to my complaint. I said previously, my daughter had a big competition the next day and I did not wanna wake her up at 12:30 to move her to another buggy room. I knew we were leaving first thing in the morning and I just sat up all night waiting for 6 AM to come. I was told the hotel is up for renovation soon & and that she couldn’t process a refund for me right there on spot. But that I should call ******* and they could take care of a refund for me. Contact ******* first person I messaged was appalled as well by the pics, issue escalated to diff dept got a sorry for the inconvenience hotel denied refund Hotel Mgr will not take my calls,in meetings all day. Don’t stay at this hotel, it’s disgusting & their manager is disgruntled & ******* is

I have stayed at Marriotts many times but this was the best all the way around, from the layout to the staff to the room to the breakfast

Will stay here again. The facility was clean, staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable

room was very clean, the ac was cold and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed a late check out at 4 and it was not a problem.

Everything was good except the construction workers did not clean up as soon as they sanded, etc. causing dusty
