Baymont by Wyndham Ocala Suites

They are very unorganized. They need better group for house keeping. The rooms are supposed to be ready by 2 pm we got there after 3 and they didn’t have our room ready. Well they did but the room had no linen, was dirty, smelled bad like cigarettes and had lots of garbage. I think with better front desk training and new housekeeping the place would be better. They tried. My brother in law got there around 6 or so and his room wasn’t ever ready. At one point due to people’s complaints we saw the manager, front desk clerk and housekeepers carrying mattresses across the parking lot. They say they are switching over to a winham hotel but I don’t think I’ll go there again. They are friendly though

Customer service was great and friendly. I didn’t give 5 stars based on a couple of my personal preferences. The mattress was firm. Not what I need and the room had shades but light filtered in through the sides and I sleep best in a completely dark room.

A/c didnt cool, no receipt available, smoke smelled pillows, no tv, no hot water!

Basically should lask clientel to walk on upper floors smoothly and quite not to disturb the ones bellow, and/or naighbors. I little noisy.

Can't get a refund for overbooking They overbooked my reservation so I was unable to stay there and getting a refund seems to be near impossible. Don't recommend at this point.

Over booked Let me start by saying how bad of an experience we had when arriving tired and not been able to have a place to sleep because it was over booked and apparently it happened to a lot of other people. We definitely not book here again.
