Reading the reviews on different websites I can only say that I am sure the hotel reads those reviews too and works constantly to work to get better. The housekeeping knocked before entering, the breakfast was fresh and various over the days, the reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms have sheets and additional duvets if you feel cold. The hotel is outside of the town center, bear that in mind if you book touristic tours, the companies will not pick you up at the hotel, you have to make your way into town. Having said that, the hotel offers a free transfer service into town if you book it a day ahead. I loved the enormously spacious room, it was quiet though it was close to a main road. The view is lovely. I would recommend it to anyone and return on my next trip to Oaxaca.

我從不寫評論,但覺得有必要留一個到這個地方。我們住在瓦哈卡,渴望離開我們的公寓一段時間,在那裏我們可以工作,但也游泳,放鬆,感覺我們是在度假。我們在維多利亞酒店度過了美好的時光,完全超出了我們的期望!我們的房間光線充足,寬敞乾淨,有一張巨大的牀,美麗的景色和周到的整理,使酒店住宿變得特別,比如外賣咖啡杯和毛巾/馬桶紙,摺疊成可愛的形狀,充滿愛和關注。酒店裝飾可愛,真實地是墨西哥人,牆上散落着美麗的彩色油畫,周圍點綴着墨西哥雕塑和裝飾物,使這裏成爲探索的有趣地方。游泳池很大,這個區域是放鬆的理想場所,但也可以工作,因爲wifi即使在酒店最遠的地區仍然很強大。水是冷卻從熱瓦哈卡太陽和五顏六色的樹木和鵝卵石台階使該地區非常風景如畫的溫度。網球場是額外的獎勵,我們一到球場就能夠打球,而且打球時沒有任何麻煩或費用(儘管我認爲你通常必須保留一個位置)。我們還能夠在晚上最後一分鐘預訂水療治療。我認爲,讓我們如此愉快的住宿是所有工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人。我們前台提出的任何要求都得到了“Si, claro!”和溫暖的微笑,退房後我們甚至被允許在游泳池旁度過一天。酒吧和餐廳的工作人員超級友好和細心,免費早餐種類繁多,豐富美味!對於價格,我們被維多利亞酒店完全吹走了,會毫不猶豫地再次入住。

I had the whole family over I was having a business trip and chose to have some days off for the family along with the trip. Best choice in a while.. The hotel is very good, it looks it´s age, but it is well kept, no issues at all. the serve was impecable. the food in the morning was very good, the manager at the restaurant was doing an exceptional service. we had a bad experience at an Independence party in othe venue and I called back to the hotel, we got helped, they saved the party and we had an amazing evening. We did not went into the pool, it was freezing outside and we were not taking chances..

I think this place is good for a transit if you want to stay close to the busy area. The staff was very(!) helpful and tried hard to do their best. The hotel looks nice and the rooms are simple but fine. Breakfast is offered in a restaurant 300feet down the road which was very good as well. Biggest downside is the noise that may be heard in some rooms from the near by night clubs but I personally had no issue with it. Biggest problems we had : they only have those old power sockets, not the ones with the third safety pin so our adapter didnt fit, luckily tthe Hotel had one. And the wifi was a bit weird, on and off, an old wifi router. They should really take 20 bucks in the hands and update their wifi... For the money it's ok
