多倫多奧克維爾希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Toronto-Oakville)

Easy check in. Called to let them know I was checking in late and they very quickly found my reservation and made a note. When we arrived the process was very streamlined and we were settled in our room with our dog in minutes. My husband had and nice sandwich at the restaurant. I noticed we were close to the elevator and we could hear the sounds slightly but we were not bothered by it once we fell asleep. The walls are well insulated because our dog did not hear sounds enough to make his bark which makes it easier for us to travel with him. Great sleep in comfortable bed with nice pillows and sheets. Extra blanket was great. Lovely bathroom and storage for clothes. Beautiful towels and supplies in bathroom. Nice sized sparkling bath tub. Comfy chair to relax in. Overall great place.

At registration they sell you a discounted breakfast 3$ off the regular price for a full hot breakfast. Actually the breakfast is the run of the mill powdered eggs that is offered free elsewhere. But for 6$ more you can order two fried eggs...that is 24$ for the minimal buffet and two eggs. At their higher end competition 24$ gets you a full sit down breakfast with excellent service and very good coffee...

We booked this without cancellation as my wife and I had no reason to. My mother-in-law passed suddenly a few days before. I called the Hotel to ask about cancelling and was told I needed to contact Orbitz as it was through a third party and they were unable to. Orbitz called the hotel and explained the sudden death in our family and asked if they could make an exception on cancelling without being charged but they refused to. Day of we decided to make use of it and get out of the house and in a different scenery for my wife to maybe help in some way. At around 10am we were able to assign a room, 3pm was check-in. We arrived at about 2:30ish but the room was not yet ready. So I asked why do they assign rooms early and not have them ready? I was told to wait until about 3pm and come back. Just after 3pm the room was still not ready and again I asked why assign rooms and not have them ready? If you assign rooms at 3pm check-in you assign a room that is available BUT if you assign a room at 10am those rooms assign should have priority in being ready as they are already assigned and then you get the rest of the rooms ready. Well at 3:15pm it was still not ready and we had to change our room. Now for the room. It had this awful odor, the Air Conditioner was broken, extremely loud, staff at the counter was ignorant and rude as per my comments above. The room was dirty, walking on the carpets and your white socks end up black underneath. Disgusting.

Terrible experience. We were not told upon check in that we needed to let the front desk know in advance that we need room service. The sticker on the bathroom mirror in the room doesn’t mention that either . When I requested fresh towels for the second day of our stay, I was dismayed to come back at the hotel at 8:30 in the night and see that our dirty towels were still on the floor, no fresh towels, bed not made but the garbage cleaned out! Please explain the logic behind this ! Will never come back to this hotel

Hôtel très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses avec un très grand lit. La salle de bain est bien équipée (il manque un kit avec des cotons tiges .....). Les chaînes françaises a la télévision sont peu nombreuses et surtout pas intéressantes. La situation de l hôtel proche de la voie rapide est très pratique. Restaurant très bon

I have stayed at this Hilton many times over the past 3 years but this time I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the repairs required. Noisy air conditioner, lights out in the bathroom and house keeping had to reclean the bathroom and floors.

指定的房間靠近鍋爐房，噪音很大，尤其是在夜間。另外，隔音效果很差，很多噪音從門傳進來。下部的密封完全缺失，人們經過走廊時發出的噪音非常響亮清晰。
