米爾頓凱恩斯諾富特飯店(Novotel Milton Keynes)

Ok hotel but the barking dog all night because they promote it being pet friendly meant my mrs could not sleep at all. Waste of money if you need to sleep unless you are certain at check in to ask them to give you a room not near pets.

Easy Check in, Room was clean and tidy, Food was good at the restaurant, Swimming pool was quite small but adequate. It does have sauna and the GYM seemed well equipped although i never used it.

Staff very polite and helpful. The room very clean and well stocked for the stay. The one down fall is breakfast says serving until midday we went at 10.30 and it was closed. Disappointing as we had already paid for breakfast and unfortunately could not get a refund.

Good swimming pool and sauna. Very clean rooms are good for the family to stay. Definitely come here again:)

Nice atmosphere

Good stay, food was nice, wellness centre and gym was good, would stay again

Check in was quick (we were early and we still were allowed in our room before 2pm) and everyone was friendly and helpful

We always stay at this hotel as my grandchildren love the swimming pool and it is central to all the activities we go on, however on this occasion the sauna is still broken, it was broken when we went about 6 weeks ago, we stayed forb4 days this time, the coffee machine was broken everyday and so was the pancake machine. We noticed on a weekday you don't get as much selection at breakfast as you would on a weekend but I'm sure the price is the same, the staff is amazing tho. The swimming pool all the tiles have come off the walls which is sharp and was being thrown in the pool which is not great.

Brilliant hotel for families, rooms very clean and tidy. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and polite especially receptionist who couldn’t be more helpful. The restaurant were amazing with my son’s food allergies and they really cared for us! The pool was excellent for children 1.2 metres was very quiet the whole stay. Great parking and nice relaxing stay (even with a child ;) ). Food was nice. I am very particular about hygiene and places being clean - there was no issues at all, it’s well looked after. Toilet is separate to the bathroom in the rooms but it’s next door and really didn’t find it an issue. We will be staying again as only for one night this time. My son didn’t want to leave.
