奧克蘭機場體育館拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oakland Airport Coliseum)

Only a handful of staff is polite, friendly, and professional. The rest are rude and dismissive. Pictures posted are absolutely not recent. The pool is filthy, hot tub is drained and gross, back security door is broken, the washing machines and dryers don't work yet no laundry service is provided as it states when booking, elevator smells of urine more often then not, and businesses center they claim to have consists of providing an email to have documents printed if needed. During our stay, a car was stolen from the parking lot (mind you, there's always a security guard at the entrance) as well as a guest room being robbed.

I thought this hotel had a shuttle and it starts at 7 am and my flight left at that time therefore I had to pay for a Uber then the room had a bad smell to it and we were adjacent to another room which connected with ours my sister said she kept hearing knocking on the door but other then that the employees were very helpful

Honestly the hotel itself is a trip to be inside first of all. I didnt know whether or not our car was going to get *****ped of it's parts like all the ones directly outside of the gates. There was a shooting close by that was fun, the staff were friendly they didn't have some of the easiest people to deal with but they were amazing people. It's would be a great hotel if it wasn't for the surrounding area, the elevator being difficult, and some of the people, we saw someone get arrested so that was fun.

What a nice little hotel! A great location, room was clean and quiet. Super close to the mall and shopping centre :)

The area around the hotel is VERY SKETCHY. Lots of homeless encampments and property not clean. Checked in, front desk lady was great however the manager Martin (I believe was his name) charged me $50 (room was $70) to check in 2hrs early. I am a traveling medical professional who work over night (which was explained to him) and needed to get a few hrs rest before work. I asked if the early check in could be waived, he stated no amongst other things. There were also many people that appeared to live in the hotel and were not just overnight guest. I checked out after 6hrs and not only was my card charged the $50 for checking in 2hrs early but for 2 full nights as well (only stayed one, technically 6hrs). I will NEVER stay here again & this is my second bad experience w/a Wyndham property. Never again.

This place was utterly disgusting. Literally, there was overflowing trash in the hallways. The carpets were filthy. The room was OK, but there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and before I even got to our room, I told the front desk that I didn’t like staying there because it looked very unsafe. There was homeless people camping out right outside the gates.

El hotel es muy económico para estar tan cerca de el aeropuerto de Oakland, si llegas noche y solo quieres dormir ahí está bien, la zona es insegura pero si vas en auto no tienes ningún problema

Não nos hospedamos , pois ficamos com muito medo , pois na frente do hotel tem vários carros com pessoas estranhas morando dentro deles . Nunca imaginei ver isto nos EUA . Não é culpa do hotel e sim de política pública. Mas infelizmente sem condições, teria um compromisso a noite, e não teria condições de voltar
