Great location the hotel rooms are a bit dated they need a facelift. The bathroom shower had no pressure and the restaurant was dirty so we didn't stay.

Great Location, especially If taking Ferry to SF. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy, even though hotel is a little old. Valet parking was well worth the price and car is always available. Property was kept nice right by Marina…. Just don’t want to venture out of area especially at night due to crime. Otherwise hotel & Jack London Square are fine and feel safe.

Had a room with a balcony overlooking the marina it was beautiful. The hotel is a little older than the pictures depict. Little things like new chairs on the patio (ours were unraveling) and shampooing carpets would make a big difference in the overall appearance. However still happy with our stay and especially the friendly staff and great service.

We've stayed here multiple times when visiting Oakland. The Waterfront is super convenient for dining options as well as weekend markets. There's a cafe for coffee in the morning and a short walk to Starbucks. The staff is always very nice and accommodating.

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful and kind. My needs were promptly taken cared of. The energy of the establishment was very positive. When I looked out of my window I saw the bay and yachts. Being on the dock of the bay was very therapeutic. This is a great location. I will definitely stay at this establishment when I return☺and strongly urge others to do the same.

The room was ok, but dated and could stand an upgrade including the mattress. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor cough, sneeze and talk. I was not impressed that I had to purchase a bottle for $7 in order to get drinking water in the room.
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Beautiful hotel! Our suite was modern, huge and clean, with a great view if the Waterfront!! Management and service providers were very professional and accommodating! We will definitely return in the summertime to utilize the beautiful pool!
