這是我住過的最糟糕的地方。當我們開車駛入停車場時，停車場中央有幾輛失事的舊車和一些*****坐在車裡。房間很舊而且破爛不堪。水槽被漆過，浴室地板很髒。走廊裡瀰漫著煙味，我們看到的是一個空蕩蕩的醜陋的水池。我們的房間外面發生了一場戰鬥，我們半夜就離開了。

The front desk staff were friendly enough, though not particularly welcoming. The hotel itself is awful, by far the worse hotel I've ever stayed in outside of a developing country. The sheets seemed clean luckily but the bed was uneven and terrible. The room was basically falling apart, uneven painting, gross showers, electrical sockets half sticking out, you get the idea. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom and the carpets must be the original carpets from whenever it was built in the early 1900s or whenever and there's a train that runs right outside the hotel just FYI. The location is great but not worth it in my opinion.

This place kind of gets a bad wrap for what they offer. Decent stay, bed was comfortable. TV didnt work. But it had a fridge, decent bathroom (albeit very little water pressure). I thought I was in for a worse stay by the reviews but it really isn't that bad if you aren't a judgmental human being. Parking on site was 10$ a night and they had a security guard who did a good job. Convenient if you drive up or take the train as the station is nearly right outside the hotel. Train noise was a little noticeable but did not diminish my sleep quality.

Je trouve la note sur expédia un peu severe pour cette catégorie d’hôtel . Accueil sympathique, bruit du train ce qui est normal vu que le train passe devant l’hôtel et donc très pratique pour rejoindre la gare en 5 minutes et idem pour l’embarcadère pour rejoindre San Francisco. Très satisfaite de cet emplacement pour une nuit .

フロントマンは皆さん礼儀正しく親切でした。部屋も広く清潔ですしバスタブもありました。不満はホテルに着きすぐ部屋を点検したところヘヤードライヤーがなかったので、すぐフロントに連絡しましたが予備がないということで次の日になっても届かず昼頃になってやっと、別の部屋のを持って来ました。そのクリーンスタッフは一言も言わず、ただドライヤーを突っ出し戻って行きました。それで察したのですが、前に利用した人がドライヤーを持って行ってしまったんですね。としても従業員教育はもっとして欲しい。無料朝食は付いていましたが余り食べるものが無くコーヒーとリンゴとヨーグルトがあっただけでも助かりました。この物価高のご時世なので、ホテル側も大変なのでしょう。今までで最低の無料朝食でした。一番のセールスポイントはAmtrakの駅がすぐ目の前です。Amtrakの旅行なので、又機会があった際は泊ります。

La réalité une fois sur place ne correspondait en rien à la photo de la chambre au moment de faire la réservation. Immeuble délabré dans un secteur défavorisé de Oakland, très bruyant (le sifflement des trains à proximité est particulièrement intense)

The hotel definitely shoes its age but its so close to so many things that it almost doesnt matter. Very reasonable also which is a plus.

Excelente ubicación, la habitación no tan mala pero el hotel en general le falta mucho mantenimiento, el desayuno poco variado y la zona medio fea, ir solo de entrada por salida, no llevaría niños

Staff was horribly rude, and for various reasons. I'm addition, the hotel seems to cater quite a bit to those whom engage in "evening work(s)"!

Me gusto que esta cerca del ferry, no me gusto que en la Madrugada hagan mucho ruido los huéspedes pero es pasable

Great value and location.

Staff is super friendly and the rooms are nice and big. Beds are pretty comfortable. I didn't expect to like this hotel so much but I do. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
