Great place overall nice workers pool was very nice kids loved it but found men’s underwear and socks under bed after my 6 year old grabbed them asking if they were her 11 years old brothers … they were not very disgusting threw them in the trash left the socks she didn’t grab and told front desk when we left due to it being way to late to switch rooms. Also something that’s not their fault but this apps when I clicked the address here and it redirected me to the maps app it took me to an abandoned construction site 20 minutes away from the hotel which was very creepy when I typed the address in myself to maps it took me out all the back roads it made me go down and 29 back where we went through but that’s not the hotels fault but this apps fault.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff. No issues with our stay and would stay there again.

Staff needs to have better professional training. Lady on the breakfast serving did not have enough supplies, she switched off everything even many families’s kids wanted to grab a bite, Considering the fact that it’s the new year eve, many people will wake up a bit late, facility could extend 30 mins for breakfast, First job of hotel is hospitality, everything comes later.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Great breakfast with a friendly, helpful staff! Definitely will stay again!

I forgot some toiletries and they Hooke me up for free. The Christmas decorations were awesome.

The staff was kind and made you feel welcome. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Thanksgiving! The hotel was clean and actually provided daily housecleaning services! Finally! The first hotel that we have stayed at post Covid that offered housekeeping.
