大都會飯店(Hotel Grand Turf)

Cet hôtel est une belle surprise ! Très agréable, ambiance feutrée. Les chambres sont magnifiques, bonne literie, très grande salles de bains. Petit déjeuner anglais, personnel agréable. Proche de la ville mais à proximité immédiate de Themparadu, bar restaurant qui sert de super plats à prix très corrects.

I’ll start be commending the staff, who whilst apparently leaderless (manager on honeymoon), did their best under difficult circumstances. Construction work on floor above meant it was incredibly noisy by day. The carnival (present for 365 days a year) and slamming doors meant it was incredibly noisy at night. Internet connected easily but we never achieved any external connection and so had to use mobile data through the stay. Room clean(ish). Moved single bed to create more space to find significant mess underneath. No elevator in hotel. We were on 3rd floor. The bellboy earned his keep. Having paid $100/night for this place I wasn’t prepared to carry two suitcases up 3 floors. Most disappointing hotel of our visit to Sri Lanka so far by some margin.

This hotel was not 5-star maybe 2 star. The dinner we ordered at the hotel was suspectly from a takeaway service from a nearby shack. The rooms were clean but dated and looked tired. No hot water after 5 minutes when you have a shower. Is also worth mentioning the loud music that was playing outside.

Aralia red unreliable is a an excellent place to stay with family, we enjoyed our trip the most in Stephanie at this hotel . The restaurant was superb with all type of continental and traditional Srilanka food

Worst hotel. Checked in at 5 pm, no bathroom towels had been kept, the suite does not have wardrobe to hang clothes. Hot water takes ages to come. Constant noise outside. They also don’t serve alcohol. Don’t waste your energy staying here.

Rooms are to small, you cannot open you suitcases inside. The noises of the dogs during the night don’t allow you to sleep, and the construction work during the morning doesn’t allow you to rest. Staff very friendly and kind. I don’t recommend this hotel

One and only Best Boutique Hotel we Have ever visited the scenic view of Piduruthalagala mountain and Gregory Lake is awesome There are only few members in staff but the service they gave us is incredible and can taste varieties of food me and ma wife highly recommend this hotel 🥰🥰🥰🥰 specially the receptionists Chameera and Anas

Tasty food Friendly staff Valuable stay with 360 view Comfortable rooms superb view of lake on a side , single tree hill on one side On one side the highest mount Piduruthalagala and hortain plain on a side its amazing Thats all i want 😁😍

Ci siamo fermati in questo hotel per due notti durante il nostro soggiorno a Nuvara Eliya, la piccola Inghilterra. Hotel molto accogliente con una vista mozzafiato sul lago e la valle. Personale molto gentile, cortese e simpatico. Colazione buona e abbondante. Lo consigliamo assolutamente. Grazie ragazzi!
