整體服務很滿意，還有免費製茶、採茶體驗，走的時候還送了兩盒茶葉。但上山的路確實不好走，務必包車找當地司機開上去，而且最好傍晚6點前到，否則天一黑，半小時山路顛簸無路燈太危險。另外，酒店的隔音是有點差的，是否影響睡眠就要看好不好彩，遇到哪些當天同入住的人。不過個人感覺住客素質都尚可。

Very attentive service, especially from front desk stafff Thejan who is passionate about his job. He's also cheerful and took good care of his guests. Glad to have Lakshan as our guide to the waterfall and our tea plantation experience. Chef Morgan cooks amazing Sri Lankan food and also very fine western cuisine. The rest of the staff were very attentive as well.

一段崎嶇的路程 包車很小，如果是驅動車更好 因為路況確實很差 建議來的遊客儘量選擇白天前往 以導航再多預留30-60分鐘 1月來大概6點左右開始天黑 酒店風景很美 適合在這裏發達 白天可以去做茶葉或看瀑布 工廠改造雖然房間設施齊全 建議晚上還是早點休息的好 茶葉也是真得很好 服務也是非常的周到 體驗非常好

Ha sido increible. El sitio es una vieja fabrica de te restaurada. La comida se elije y esta muy buena y las habitaciones con muy bonitas con vistas a la montaña. El clima mas humedo por la altura. El equipo un encantado. Hicimos la experience del té y la de caminar hacia una cascada. Todo genial.usar buenas zapatillas

Un site magnifique niché au cœur des plantations de thé. Une ancienne manufacture de thé réhabilitée, jolie chambre et restaurant vraiment au top. Une randonnée était prévue ballade intéressante avec un naturaliste qui vius expliquera bcp de choses sur la faune et la flore locale. On nous a également expliqué le processus de fabrication du thé.

Très belle expérience dans cette fabrique de thé. Le confort est très bien et les repas savoureux. Nous avons visité la fabrique avec un guide expérimenté suivi d'une balade dans la montagne de 3h jusqu'à une cascade. Tout était parfait. Nous y sommes restés 2 jours.

Our stay at The Tea & Factory Experience was truly unforgettable. Even before we arrive the hotel, the staff was keen to contact and provide the meal options and directions to the hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose kindness and exceptional service made our experience all the more special. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering personalized attention and always greeting us with genuine smiles. The hotel’s location is fantastic, nestled amidst lush tea plantations, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. Super schöne Unterkunft, idylillisch gelegen, trotz Dauerregen schöner Aufenthalt. Personal extrem zuvorkommend. Gratis Besichtigung der Tea Factory und Walk zum Wasserfall. Begrüssungsritual. Gutes Essen. Zimmer top! Wir haben uns über die Unterkunft einen Transer organisieren lassen, wurden masslos über den Tisch gezogen. Haben mindestens das vierfache bezahlt!!! Sehr schade.

We spent two wonderful days at the Tea and Experience Factory, where we found ourselves immersed in the tranquility of nature. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, gentle mist, refreshing winds, and picturesque tea gardens, it felt like an escape into pure serenity. The food was excellent, and the hospitality of the staff was exceptional, making our stay truly memorable. While the winding road leading to the hotel is fairly maintained, its narrowness adds a bit of challenge to the drive. However, the journey is absolutely worth it. This location is perfect for nature lovers and birdwatchers, and a drive to Kabaragala Falls is a must-do experience. One note: since the property is a renovated tea factory, the soundproofing in the rooms isn’t ideal. I recommend booking an upper-floor room with a scenic view for a more peaceful stay.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach Atemberaubend. Wir kamen den etwas holprigen Weg im Regen an und das Personal stand sofort aufgereiht mit Regenschirmen bereit, um uns zu Empfangen.(Wir sind den Weg mit einem Tuktuk hochgefahren, jedoch besteht auch die Möglichkeit sich abholen zu lassen) Unsere Taschen wurden hineingetragen und wir wurden mit einem Ritual begrüßt und zum Tee gebeten. Unglaublich leckerer Tee, welcher in authentischer Art in dieser Unterkunft selbst hergestellt wird. Die Zimmer, das Personal, das Essen, einfach alles war Perfekt und sogar mehr als das. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig, entsprach den Bildern und auch unseren Erwartungen vollumfänglich. Ich verstehe manche Bewertungen bezüglich Schalldämmung nicht, es ist eine alte Teefabrik und genau das stellt die Unterkunft auch dar. Das Personal ist sehr sehr höflich, freundlich, aufmerksam und sogar geschult in Sachen Etikette. Das Essen gleicht einem hochwertigen Restaurant zu super fairem Preis. Die Führung durch die alte Teefabrik ist sehr lehrreich und interessant und die Wanderung zum Wasserfall wunderschön. (Vielen Dank an Lakshan). Der Pool und die Teefelder waren auch sehr schön. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen Wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für den wundervollen Aufenthalt.
