The stay was good. The room was spacious with a good view, perfect for a faraway from the chaotic life.

it was a great experience staying here , the staff was doing great work , the housekeeping team was doing their work perfectly , especially Sohail , Ritesh , Malik and Faiz . And restaurant was excellent . Praneet and Teresa was doing great work .

It was pleasant and comfortable. Just what i needed. Only 1 thing i had an issue with was that they did not clean the pool correctly.

We have booked this as my wife had to work form Goa office for 3 days due to office policy. I have booked the room with Breakfast + Dinner option. it was around 11000 for villa room 2 nights. The selection of this property was only because of it was near to office and it had pool so that our 6 yr old can enjoy. The room was perfect interns of size and comfort. However TV was not working. Tata sky was expired. Rest all is a disaster. Pool was so dirty that insects were actually swimming in it. Bird poop and what not is floating over the surface. Since our kid is looking forward to this since 2 months, we dared to just dip the feet in the kids pool and within 5 mins she had eatching skin. When informed this to the manager, the answer was, since there are no bookings and property is surrounded by forest the insects are common. I said that’s fine but what about the filtration of the pool. No answer on that. Second thing was food. We have reached to the dinner and since we were only guests ther was no buffet. They offered just one veg one non-veg, chapati and dal rice and Icecream for deseart. No starters. When we said we don’t need two maincouses and instead add a starter they refused. Then upon asking to speak to manager they agree to provide one. Non-Veg main course. One veg and one non-veg starter. The feeling was very very bad as we had to fight for every thing which we have paid good amount. Second nigh they straight forward refused for serve any starters and stick to their policy. The staff at restaurant was very rude. My wife asked if we can just carry the Icecream to our room and he arrogantly replied as NO. The entire trip mood has been spoiled. Please Please stay away from this property.

The property is huge and it has a beautiful view from the room, but it's not maintained well. There are a lot of mosquitoes around. Lots of insects around. They have a huge pool, but again it was not in a condition to use. If they maintain the property well this could be a great place to stay in south goa. Also please note this is slightly far from the beach 4-5km ( majoda beach.

It was totally an amazing experience. Enjoyed the nature view and of-course the staff was professional and yes food was also healthy. I would visit this propery again with more time in hand so that i explore more.
