If u think you come to high level of service and comfort because you paying from 300 dollars per night... don't go here. Food medium.. service not good really.. housekeeping poor: Did not get fresh towels.. and you felt they not been there to clean at all. The shower.. cold water..little hot water. Food, only medium. Find another place.. so many others:)

Begrenzte Service Leistung der Bedienung, trotz grosser Bemühung. Trotz All Inklusive gab es Cocktails erst ab 18 Uhr. Die Zimmer waren zwar gemütlich , sehr sauber und die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Allerdings hat man den Muffligen Geruch leider nach kurzer Zeit in er Nase gehabt. Die Speisen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Im Großen und Ganzen waren es tolle10 Tage.

Ja was soll ich sagen, es war von ersten Tag weg an ein super Hotel. Alles TOP.....Von Zimmerpersonal bis zum Service und Security alles TOP.....besser geht es nicht. Man muss aber bedenken dass man sich entspannen sollte. Niemand hat stress und alle sind immer gut gelaunt. Glaubt man gar nicht wenn man es erzählt bekommt. Freundlichsten Leute dich getroffen haben.....und wir haben schon bei über 200 Hotels übernachtet. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr natürlich wieder wenn alles klappt. Obwohl es der Beginn der Regenzeit war, war es super und wenig bewölkt. Das war für uns und den Kindern super, damit konnten die Kinder mehr am Strand spielen. Auch zu Ramadan gibt es keine Einschränkungen. Familienzimmer sind echt groß und sehr sauber. Ich kann nur eins beanstanden. Leider gehen viele Gäste ohne sich zu duschen vom Strand direkt in den Pool. Da sollte man eventuell was machen. Die Poolpumpe kommt da natürlich mit der Reinigung nicht nach. Super grüner Anlage. Getränke sind super und es gibt genug zum Essen. Einer der besten Strände wo man jeden Tag direkt davor essen kann. Von Schwertfisch bis Lamm ist alles dabei. Ich hoffe dass auch in Zukunft alles so bleibt in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Danke für die nette und angenehme Zeit. Hoffentlich sehen wir uns bald wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Österreich

Unsafe they stole money from the safe. Management did not do anything in spite of reporting the theft. Poor service takes 30 mins to get an order of fries at lunch time. Drinks are also watered down and not very good liquor is used Water in the beach is very sharp rocks and has sea urchin Barely 2 star property. Don’t trust their five star rating. We stayed one night of a four night stay and checked out property did not refund for the nights we left property. Even this being the case it was the best decision we made to move out because we felt unsafe there. there are tons of other very nice properties in Zanzibar on east side of the island and I would not recommend this property to anyone even if you were on a budget.

We had money stolen from the safe. When we arrived there were dead ants and live spiders in the room. The room wasn’t even cleaned properly fi remove dead insects. Service at the restraints is poor took me 30 mins to get an order of fries!! When we wanted to move out because we felt unsafe property management did not refund us for the nights we did not stay there. This hotel has a high guest rating on ******* but I would barely give it 2 stars. Nungwi beach outside the property has tons of sea urchin and rocky. You should not walk on it without proper footwear. The drinks at the property are not very good. All in all we spent one day of a 4 day booking and moved out. Best decision we made !!!

Flop: Zustand der gesamten Anlage, minimal-Einrichtung, zu wenige Sonnenschirme und Sonnenliegen, überteuerte, unseriöse Ausflugs-Angebote vom Hotel, Zustand und Leistung weit von der 4 Sterne-Kategorie entfernt Fragwürdiges All-Inklusiv-Angebot ( Bier, Wein und alle alkoh. Getränke in unbegrenzter Menge frei, aber für einen Espresso 2$)

Good resort in a very good location. The sun bed "reservation' system is a nightmare. You need to place your towels early in the morning to have a chair and more than half of the beds are not used during the day. Must be changed. The buffet is good (if you like that concept). Saturday night beach barbeque with fish and shellfish highly recommended. Good big rooms (stayed in a deluxe room).

The beach is nice , one of the best beaches in Zanzibar . The restaurant was well organized and Abbas the manager was very friendly. The hotel has a college campus vibe so if you’re looking for a romantic trip this might not be the ideal setting .noise can last up until 2am. Last but not least if you are looking for diversity in demographic ..this might not be the ideal environment.
